Administration Supervisor / Manager

Thailand 21 May 2026
1 open position

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful Office Manager to drive our workplace operations and executive support. In this multifaceted role, you will be the backbone of our workplace—managing critical administrative systems, leading office transformation and maintenance projects, and providing key executive support to our Managing Director. If you are a natural problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves creating a seamless, productive workplace, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration & Operations: Lead end-to-end office operations, employee relations, and administrative procurement. Maintain strict oversight over corporate assets, service contracts, and company insurance policies.

  • Project & Workspace Management: Spearhead workspace renovation and facility maintenance projects from concept to completion, including strategic planning, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and final execution.

  • Infrastructure & Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with key external vendors, overseeing the coordination of core IT infrastructure and cloud-based business tools.

  • Compliance & Approvals: Critically review and authorize administrative documents, ensuring compliance within your delegated authority limits.

  • Executive Support: Act as a trusted partner to the Managing Director (MD), providing agile secretarial support, coordinating complex travel arrangements, and managing priority schedules.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Support marketing, media relations, and corporate events by serving as the central administrative anchor.

  • Operational Agility: Handle evolving business priorities and ad-hoc projects as assigned by management to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, General Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in office administration, facilities management, or corporate operations.

  • Language & Tech Literacy: Proficient in English with excellent computer skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel) and experience leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency.

  • Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP platforms and operational frameworks such as ISO Standards, or equivalent compliance systems.

  • Thrive Under Pressure: Exceptional multi-tasking and time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interpersonal & Creative Strengths: Outgoing, creative, and highly proactive with a knack for building strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Core Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with sharp organizational instincts.

Indirect Purchasing Executive

Thailand 13 May 2026
1 open position

Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic-minded Indirect Purchasing Executive to lead our Indirect Spend portfolio, with a heavy focus on Engineering, Construction, and CAPEX. This is not just a transactional role; you will be the bridge between technical engineering requirements and commercial excellence. You will drive high-value projects across Thailand and Cambodia, ensuring cost-efficiency through advanced data modeling and robust supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Category Management: Lead the end-to-end indirect spend portfolio, specializing in engineering works, construction, CAPEX, MRO, and general services.

  • Data-Driven Cost Leadership: Move beyond price benchmarking. Use ABC analysis, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and spend modeling to identify "hidden" savings and initiate process improvements.

  • Technical Sourcing Excellence: Partner with Engineering and Facility teams to co-develop Terms of Reference (TOR). You will be responsible for translating technical drawings and BOQs into commercial RFQ packages.

  • End-to-End Procurement: Execute the full sourcing lifecycle—from market surveys and bid evaluations to high-stakes negotiations and final contract awards.

  • Operational Governance: Oversee the SAP workflow (PR → RFQ → PO) to ensure 100% auditability and compliance with internal controls.

  • Supplier Performance & Risk: Monitor contractor milestones, manage warranty claims, and develop risk mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.

  • Cross-Border Logistics: Orchestrate import/export formalities for cross-border purchases, managing customs brokers to ensure seamless delivery between Thailand and Cambodia.

Job Specifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Indirect Procurement, specifically within industrial, engineering, or construction categories. Experience at a Lead or Supervisor level is highly preferred.

  • Technical Literacy: Ability to read technical scopes, engineering drawings, or Bill of Quantities (BOQ). You must be comfortable "holding your ground" in technical discussions with contractors.

  • Analytical Prowess: Proven track record of driving savings through data analysis (TCO, spend modeling) rather than just negotiating discounts.

  • Systems & Tools: Proficiency in SAP is mandatory. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query) are essential for spend analysis.

  • Language Skills: Business-level English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC 700+) for professional collaboration with international stakeholders.

  • Logistics Knowledge: Solid understanding of import/export processes, customs formalities, and local procurement regulations.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field. (Candidates from non-engineering backgrounds with strong technical procurement experience are welcome).
