Position: Tender Manager
Location: Bang Na, Bangkok | Work Model: Hybrid
Industry: Systems Engineering / Industrial Automation
Role Overview:
Responsible for developing technically sound and commercially competitive tender proposals for automated bulk/raw material handling systems, mainly serving the Food, Pharma, Chemical, and Petrochemical industries. The role works closely with Sales, Engineering, Sourcing, Purchasing, HQ, and vendors across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer requirements, specifications, and project information.
- Lead system design and technical proposal development.
- Perform technical calculations, component sizing, PFDs, specifications, and system documentation.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Sourcing, Purchasing, HQ, and suppliers.
- Develop ROI, TCO, and business case analyses to demonstrate customer value.
- Optimize suppliers, costs, and technical solutions while maintaining quality.
- Ensure accurate and timely tender submissions.
- Support Sales in customer meetings and technical presentations.
- Provide guidance and training to the system design team.
- Continuously improve proposal standards through lessons learned and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- 3–4 years’ experience in system design, tendering, or project sales, preferably in automated raw material handling/logistics.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation, process/system design, and technical calculations.
- Understanding of customer production processes and ability to develop value-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Good spoken and written English.

A technically strong System Design / Tender / Proposal Engineer or Project Sales professional with experience in industrial automation, material handling, or process automation, who can combine technical design, commercial thinking, and customer-focused solution development.
