 Job Description:

  • Accomplishes strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities
  • Manage high quality, complex IT and engineering project delivery life-cycle within scope, schedule and budget using sound Project Management processes and standards within regulations and compliant.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience for Project Manager
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT and engineering integration projects and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Knowledge of security requirements and implications relating to government security standards would be advantageous
  • Professional certification (e.g. PMP, CITPM, CISSP or equivalent Certification etc.) is preferred
  • Experience in turn-key development, implementation and maintenance of large-scale, multi-platform, multi-vendor systems in the IT and engineering domain. Job Summary:

The Inventory Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, managing stock, and ensuring smooth inventory operations. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualifications:

The main responsibilities are as follows:

1.      Customer Experience and Relations Management

  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular engagement to understand and gather business needs, identify market trends, concerns, and seek to provide added-value services.

4.      Process Documentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Tertiary Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any equivalent.

•           To lead a team of manufacturing specialists to achieve organizational goals such as quality, output, OSD, Cycle time and within or at reduced Cost. 

This will be achieved through leading cluster teams comprising of all support teams that will plan, coordinate activities and resources to meet set goals in fast-paced, high volume, high mixed environment.

 

Job

•           Lead, train, motivate and coordinate with a team of manufacturing specialists and support teams to ensure safety, productivity & quality output in timely delivery.

•           Leads the team in achieving production schedule, ensure product quality and maximize resources thru manning ratio and reducing redundant activities.

•           Monitors machines utilizations and coordinate with planner on loading and timely delivery.

•           Analyses and resolve line non conformances with CAPA to prevent recurrence.

•           Escalate and follow up production issues with the relevant functional teams to ensure closure of issues.

•           Directs subordinates to perform tasks within guidelines, policies and procedures.

•           To engage and enforce subordinates discipline and adherence to work processes, procedures and policies compliances.

•           Participate in line continuous improvement activities to drive down cost and redundancy to achieve operational excellence.

•           Provides coaching, training and guidance to immediate staff to achieve set objectives.

•           Perform performance reviews and talents coach needs.

•           Maintain and ensure good 6S compliances thru involvement of all team members.

Requirement

 

•           Minimum Diploma in any discipline and Good effective communication and interpersonal skills

•           Minimum 3~5 years of Manufacturing experiences in similar responsibility and able to perform 12 hours shift job

•           Detailed oriented and able to multi-task/ work under pressure in a high energy and fast paced-environment with critical and tight schedules.

•           Competency in MS Office(Excel, Words, Power point and Outlook)
