Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyse demand variability, supply constraints, and capacity issues to support effective decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend actions to improve planning performance.
- Identify seasonal demand patterns and emerging market trends that may impact supply requirements
- To perform monthly S&OP process by preparing demand, supply, inventory, and capacity analyses.
- Identify supply risks, capacity constraints, and inventory issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates on key planning assumptions and operational performance.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Continuously drive process improvements by applying analytical thinking and best practices in demand and supply planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
- No Experience with strong interest and aptitude are welcome to apply as on the job training provided.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills include PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Machine Setup & Tool Setting
- Responsible for tool setting, tool length and radius offset setting for Mazak Mill-Turn machines.
- Set and manage tool offsets, tool life, and tool numbering.
- Ensure correct setup of spindle, B-axis, C-axis, and live tooling.
2. Program Verification & Trial Run
- Check Mazatrol / EIA programs against drawings before production.
- Conduct first article setup and trial cutting.
- Adjust cutting parameters to ensure stable machining.
3. Fixture & Workpiece Setup
- Install and align chucks, collets, soft jaws, fixtures, and centers.
- Set work offsets (G54–G59) and ensure proper alignment and runout control.
4. Measurement & Quality Support
- Measure first-off parts using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Ensure parts meet drawing and tolerance requirements.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Mazak Mill-Turn machines (e.g., Integrex series).
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Strong setup, alignment, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills with production and QC teams.
