Responsibilities:
  • Lead monthly demand planning activities by consolidating sales forecasts, analyzing forecast accuracy against actual performance and prior submissions, and reporting key variances to Sales and Supply Chain leadership.
  • Align inventory and replenishment plans with sales demand through monthly Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) reviews, MRP analysis, requisition validation, and coordination with suppliers and distribution centers.
  • Monitor warehouse and in-transit inventory, track Months of Supply coverage, and proactively escalate supply risks, shortages, delays, or inventory gaps.
  • Coordinate with 3PL providers to manage inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, transportation, and delivery operations, while ensuring order fulfillment efficiency and inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee customer order management, including sales order creation, urgent order handling, shipment coordination, delivery scheduling, and maintenance of shipping documentation.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain process documentation, including lead times, SOPs, work instructions, and end-to-end procedures with 3PL partners.
  • Coordinate logistics execution across air, ocean, FCL/LCL, land, and courier shipments by working closely with customers, 3PL warehouse providers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and shipment visibility.
  • Maintain accurate ERP transactions, stock availability updates, freight coordination, shipping documentation, filing records, and shipment amendment follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, order management, or 3PL warehouse coordination, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or start-up environment.
  • Strong knowledge of customer order fulfillment, inventory coordination, logistics execution, KPI tracking, and South Korea import, customs, and regulatory requirements is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis; experience with ERP systems, Tableau, macros, Visio, or other reporting tools would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in Korean and English, with the ability to work effectively with customers, distributors, internal stakeholders, 3PL providers, and forwarders from Korea.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve operational issues.

Job Title: Senior Analyst, Procurement (P2)

Role Scope

General Responsibilities

  1. Procure goods and services from local and overseas sources in compliance with the Company’s Supply Chain Procurement procedures, Code of Ethics, Global Trade, EH&S requirements, and applicable corporate, legal and country regulations.

  2. Apply established procurement policies, procedures and business practices to support operational and business needs, while ensuring compliance with ethics, global trade, EH&S and other regulated requirements.

Procurement Execution and Stakeholder Support

  3. Review vendor accounts periodically to identify inactive vendors, consolidation opportunities and potential improvements to reduce vendor base complexity.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  2. Support cost reduction initiatives by identifying, evaluating and recommending opportunities within Procurement or in collaboration with functional stakeholders and suppliers.

Reporting and Documentation

  1. Prepare, publish and maintain standard procurement reports and dashboards as assigned, including vendor performance metrics, commodity program metrics and management reporting.

Vendor Accreditation and Compliance Support

  2. Support compliance with vendor accreditation requirements by coordinating updates, tracking expiry dates and engaging stakeholders or suppliers for required actions.

Commodity and Integration Program Support

Commodity Lead Responsibilities

  1. Act as the primary point of contact between the Company and assigned integration or commodity vendors, where appointed.

  2. Maintain working knowledge of the relevant Master Terms Agreement, Terms and Conditions, Service Agreements and program requirements to support effective program management.

  3. Lead or support program members through transition, implementation and stabilization phases, ensuring progress is aligned with agreed objectives and performance expectations.

  4. Monitor supplier performance, participate in periodic supplier reviews and initiate recovery actions when program performance deviates from the agreed plan or metrics.

Commodity Program Member Responsibilities

Required Education

  • Establish & Implement manufacturing quality metrics and lead team on to achieve the goal and continuous improvement
  • Meet Plant/Department cost & quality objectives
  • Implement lessons learned across manufacturing and also new products development projects
  • Perform special projects to support continuous improvement on an ongoing basis thru functional standardization and implement process improvement ideas in primary work area.
  • Adhere to the Health & Safety regulations as set out by the EHS Department and any other Government regulations

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Engineering or Science 
  • 3 years or m of experience in a Quality/Engineering in Product Design Engineering/Manufacturing environment preferred
  • Analytical problem-solving skills 
  • Proficient oral and written communication/presentation skills 
  • Basic print reading and interpretation of specification skills 
  • Good knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan 
  • Advanced statistical experience with quality tools usage and Product Design Development Cycle is preferred 
  • Certified Design for Six Sigma/Six Sigma Black Belt/Reliability Engineer will have an added advantage
