Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology (IT) with Certification in IT Project Management (CITPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT, Digital Service and/or Healthcare domain or similar capacity.

ITIL and Project Management (e.g. PMP/CITPM) certification and experience would be advantage.

Working experience in Integrated Electronics Medical Records system, Automated Rostering and Scheduling systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Web Technologies and Development, Infrastructure and Cyber Security would be an advantage.

Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, business applications and security management framework.

Experience in managing cross-functional projects and a strong track record of successful projects delivery.

  • Supervise shift operations or act as a dedicated business support specialist to ensure the program meets delivery timelines, SLA tracking, and KPI expectations.

Technical Operations & Troubleshooting

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Group TQM Governance

  • Support and develop Group Food Safety & Quality policies aligned with international standards.
  • Lead assigned governance areas and drive standardised group guidelines / standard operating procedures implementation across BUs.
  • Act as custodian for designated quality systems to ensure compliance and brand protection.

2. Critical Food Safety & Quality Management

  • Lead or support problem solving of critical food safety/quality issues, including escalation for resolution.

4. GTQM Resource Systems & Documentation

  • Manage GTQM systems and databases, including document control and user access.
  • Provide guidance to BUs, coordinate and align Quality Plans across BUs.

5. GTQM Qualification Projects

a) New / alternative vendor qualification for ingredients (RM) and Packaging (PM) — activities include document review, supplier liaison, technical assessment, and audits to meet company standards before listing on the Approved Vendor List.

b) New lines / change of equipment Process Qualification (PQ) — involves sterility test plan design and execution, cleaning and sanitation (CIP), and hygiene verification to meet company requirements, prior to line approval for commercial runs.

6. Packaging Projects

  • Support the development, execution, and qualification of primary and secondary packaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on timelines, costs, testing, and package design.

7. Leadership Support & Backup Role

  • Act as second-in-command within the GTQM function, supporting the GTQM team with execution clarity across overall GTQM matters.
  • Step up to assume broader GTQM responsibilities in the absence of the Manager, ensuring continuity and effective decision-making.
