About the Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives within the automotive sector, working closely with appointed dealers, brand principals, and external partners.
You will play a key role in driving showroom traffic, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting overall sales performance through effective campaign execution and retail-level engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with dealers to plan and execute showroom promotions, roadshows, test drive events, and local marketing activations
- Execute distributor and principal-led campaigns, including new model launches and promotional activities
- Act as the main marketing liaison for dealers, providing guidance on campaigns, brand usage, and best practices
- Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collaterals in line with brand guidelines
- Support events and exhibitions, including planning, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting
- Assist with PR and media activities such as press events, media coordination, and coverage tracking
- Ensure all marketing executions comply with brand governance and approval processes
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and marketing financial reporting
- Prepare campaign performance reports, dealer participation tracking, and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience in automotive, retail, or dealer-based marketing will be an added advantage
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license

Summary

Support Plant expansion and new product line transfer from other Process Chemical sites. Will be tasked to work on new product line process setup, development and qualification activities, as well as any CIP projects and activities related to technology and packaging.

3. Quality Technical Support
· Support technology manager to curate data package on technical aspects of Process chemical quality.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/ Materials/ Microelectronics Engineering will be preferred.
- 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in semiconductor chemicals industry especially in process chemicals will be an advantage.
- Able to travel frequently between plant and office within Tuas area, preferably with own transport.
