Primary Function

• Responsible for ensuring all sampling and testing activities in the Incoming Materials Laboratory are carried out in a safe and productive manner.
• Assures compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as GMPs, Class A and ISO regulations
• Assists in trouble-shooting and determining root cause for quality issues related to incoming raw materials or packaging materials
• Alerts Materials and Operations to conditions that may adversely impact product quality

Major Responsibilities

• Provide testing services to Plant Operations to ensure seamless and smooth process operations
• All operations in the Incoming Materials Laboratory are carried out in safe and productive manner, adhering to GMP / GLP standards at all times.
• Develops and applies basic procedural knowledge of work area.
• Typically acquired thorough on-the-job training.
• Develops a working knowledge of how own activities integrate with the work of the team.
• Assignments are routine and recurring in nature.
• Uses basic information-gathering skills.
• Receives close supervision or is guided by detailed instructions for all work
• Organizes and completes tasks according to assigned priorities
• Demonstrates an awareness of the relative urgency of tasks and responds accordingly
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Entry or trainee level role
• Experience in Laboratory work
• Have basic understanding of lab KPIs and assist in achieve the KPIs
• Familiar with basic systems and lab tools will be a plus
• Able to work 12 hours am shift
