Job:

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating all the predictive and preventive maintenance and repair work in Building Systems such as Pest Control, Lift servicing, Landscaping etc..
  • Manage the addition and alteration works/projects related to the building systems to ensure timeline is met and within budgets.
  • Monitoring on cost management, budget, supervising maintenance works performed by external contractors, handyman and technicians.
  • Lead, supervise and train/develop technical skills for the team. Conduct daily briefing/communication with the team, highlight various functions and responsibilities for the different job tasks
  • Supervise and monitor the maintenance service contractor and ensure maintenance work procedure is carried out as per scope of work.
  • To conduct inspections, checks and minor repair work on all building related such as, partition work, floor tiles, sliding door, sanitary/plumbing, etc.
  • Maintain systematic records to monitor all assigned job-tasks
  • Maintain tools keys, equipment, parts and materials for general repairs on building system.
  • Participate in giving ideas on continuous improvement in improving service, energy and water conservation or facilities equipment reliability.
  • To in charge and implement the 6s practice in building maintenance.

Requirement :

  • Minimum Diploma/Higher Nitec/ Nitec/Beng/BSc in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Min. 2 - 3years in similar capacity and work experience field.
  • General knowledge of M&E building services (i.e. Plumbing and Sanitary)
  • Able to guide and troubleshoot Building Services / Civil faults
  • Self-discipline and initiative, displays good leadership skills, good attitude and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise shift operations or act as a dedicated business support specialist to ensure the program meets delivery timelines, SLA tracking, and KPI expectations.
  • Manage inventory control processes including cycle counts, stock reconciliations, inventory accuracy monitoring, discrepancy investigations, and customer inventory reporting.
  • Coordinate day-to-day business support, acting as the WMS Super User to maintain data quality, resolve interface issues, and support system enhancements.
  • Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the WMS and investigate inventory variances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) with strict version control.
  • Support start-ups, volume ramp-ups, and process change requests, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and hyper-care phases
  • Take necessary disciplinary actions on staff and manage shift-level conflict resolution.

  • Ensure inventory records in the WMS accurately reflect physical stock and maintain compliance with inventory control procedures.
  • Manage aged inventory, stock status control, damaged inventory handling, and inventory disposition processes as required by customer requirements.
  • Own operational and inventory reporting reporting workflows, automating daily/weekly performance reports using advanced Excel functions.

Requirements:             

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in contract logistics, inventory control, shift supervision, or operational business support.
  • Exposure to Lean/Kaizen methodologies and basic continuous improvement tools.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, stock control processes, and inventory reconciliation practices.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, macros) and ability to navigate ERP/WMS platforms deeply.
  • Strong documentation skills for SOP drafting and compliance evidence gathering.
