Job Task:
Lead and manage a service delivery team with direct people responsibility
Organise daily operations, resource planning, and service continuity
Set and cascade team objectives, managing performance against KPIs
Analyse operational reports and trends to drive informed decisions
Act as the primary escalation point for operational and process issues
Represent the team in cross‑functional and external stakeholder discussions
Ensure compliance with Group processes, tools, and security standards

Proven experience leading operational or service delivery teams
Strong understanding of performance management, KPIs, and cost control
Confident communicator with the credibility to manage stakeholders and escalations
Structured, disciplined, and comfortable operating in a process‑led environment
Able to balance people leadership with operational accountability
