Responsibilities

  • ·Support the end‑to‑end migration of documents, drawings, and records into the new DMS.

  • Verify metadata, document structure, and version accuracy before and after migration.

  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to resolve missing or outdated documentation.

  • Assist in testing system workflows and validating platform configuration.

  • Support document registration, revision control, and issuance following procedures.

  • Organize all documentation from newly acquired facilities into the approved document management platform in accordance with company standards.

  • Help in closing the gaps relating to Process Safety Information not initially provided during projects handover

  • Aid in audits by providing accurate and traceable document records.

  • Support AutoCAD drawing updates, formatting, conversion and verification.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Information Management, or related field with 1–3 years’ experience in document control or technical administrative role.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic editing, version verification, formatting).

  • Knowledge of Document Management Systems (SharePoint, EDMS, etc.).

  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Copilot, Outlook).

  • Understanding of document numbering, revision control, and metadata management.

  • Experience with engineering drawings and industrial documentation is an advantage.
