PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accountancy, Finance or its equivalent.
  • US Accounting Standard experience preferred.
  • At least 10 years progressive experience in financial management in multinational firms and/or accounting of manufacturing processes.
  • Exposure to controlling, consulting functions and planning activities.
  • Numerically strong and comfortable with high-technology PC work environment; ERP experience.
  • Mature personality with a strong degree of ability to communicate with all levels of the organization including the Group GM and Controller

  • High moral character, a self-starter, and capable of operating independently when required.

The Role

Job Purpose

  • Hands-on experience in NPI, engineering change management, inventory optimization, and capacity planning.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with high product mix, frequent product changes, and demand variability is preferred
  • Experience in Medical Device, Life Science, Electronics, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries is preferred.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to make planning decisions beyond ERP-generated recommendations.
