Job description

• Responsible for managing, operating, inspecting, and maintaining electrical systems, machinery, and related equipment in the liquid egg processing facility to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operations.
• Perform inspections, diagnose issues, and carry out timely repairs of electrical systems and equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Participate in the design, upgrade, and implementation of electrical system and equipment improvement projects based on management plans and directives.
• Supervised the installation of machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines. 
• Collaborate with the Maintenance, Production, Project teams, contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. 
• Monitor the performance of machinery and alarm systems, conduct routine inspections, record operational data, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 
• Manage, update, and maintain technical documentation, engineering drawings, and records related to electrical systems and engineering projects. 
• Recommend and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce energy consumption, minimize equipment failures, and optimize maintenance costs. 
• Provide training and guidance to employees on the safe operation of machinery and equipment, and support the transfer of technical knowledge and procedures when required.    
• Support recruitment activities and participate in evaluating the competency and performance of technical staff as assigned. 
• Perform other related duties or as required.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical, Machine-Building
• At least 3 years working experience
• At least 3 years managerial experience
