Based in either KL or Penang, you will lead sales activities across Malaysia in safe automation. In this role, you’ll empower customers with industry‑leading products, services, and expertise in sustainable automation centered around machinery safety.
You will actively grow our customer base and develop new clients into long‑term, trusted partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITY:
• Responsible for all outside sales activities in the country of Malaysia for all company' products and services: safety automation, consulting and engineering service projects, as well as training
• Execute sales programs particular to the accounts of responsibility, and achieve assigned sales quota
• Develop new customers, system integrators, OEM machine makers in the assigned territory, maintain contact with the assigned customers on an ongoing basis, and develop customer solutions and proposals, and business activities.
• Demonstrate the ability to work within cross functional teams in region, particularly company' HQ in Singapore; the position requires working diligently with the Technical support, Service Engineering, Inside sales team and marketing team.
• Deliver content in marketing activities, such as, but not limited to seminar presentation, exhibition, workshop etc
• Communicate customer feedback/needs to product marketing.
• Maintain account information, proposals and activities in CRM system.

JOB QUALIFICATION:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical or mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in the industrial automation / machinery safety field equipment.
• Solution selling and territory planning skills
• Proactive, self starter and team-oriented
• Good sales and marketing skills in a B2B environment
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Intensive travel within Malaysia is required. Travel within Southeast Asia region may be needed from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Engineering.  Advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of Direct work Experience in semiconductor manufacturing/testing/Quality.
  • High proficiency in use of Quality tools/methods (Six Sigma DMAIC/DFSS).
  • Excellent communication skills both in verbal/written with high proficiency in English.
  • Excellent Analytical skills required.  Excellent leadership skills in leading Globally distributed team of internal and external partners.
  • Position requires approximately 50% Regional/international travel to company’s and Supplier locations.
