  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee all awarded strategic projects in JB, ensuring alignment with organizational
  • objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate master programmes and monitor work progress against planned schedules.
  • Develop cost estimates, review progress claims, interim certificates, and issue payment
  • responses.
  • Identify potential or actual causes of delay and implement preventive or remedial actions.
  • Ensure timely preparation, submission, and clearance of documents with relevant authorities.
  • Manage project delivery: attend site meetings, maintain accurate records, enforce safety
  • standards, monitor programme status, manage quality, and support handover to operations
  • teams.
  • Concurrently manage multiple projects, including new data centre builds and capital
  • improvement projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or related field),
  • Mechanical specialization preferred with at least 3-5 years of working experience in project
  • management.
  • Ideally familiar with data centre projects or complex projects in a Mechanical & Electrical
  • (M&E) environment.
  • Experience with HVAC equipment is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Self-driven, approachable, and an excellent team player.
  • Flexible and forward-thinking, able to adapt to continuous changes in project direction.
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, able to quickly grasp key issues and
  • provide clear direction to team members.
  • Possess a proficiency in technical knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES

•        Responsible in preparation of full set monthly financial statements.

•        Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of account & admin department.

•        Prepare cheque, payment voucher, and other task assigned from time to time

•        Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries

•        Managing cash inflows and outflows and ensures proper records.

•        To analyze the project performance on a monthly basis.

•        To prepare the monthly cash flow projection for the company.

•        To liaise with auditor taxation, bankers and other institutions.

•        Implement effective internal controls and compliance with company standard operating procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

•        Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, proper stock rotation, and compliance with company SOPs.

Logistics & Distribution
