Authority & Decision Rights

  • Place incoming materials, WIP and finished goods on hold if non-compliant

  • Quarantine suspected rejected parts

  • Approve Certificate of Conformance (COC) for customer shipment

  • Review, revise and improve Work Instructions (WI)

  • Sign MRB forms

Training & Competency Development

  • Conduct training on WI, Quality systems, procedures and compliance requirements, ensure quality team with adequate quality knowledge to perform inspection job

Continuous Improvement (CI)

  • Conduct regular quality meetings to drive continuous improvement

  • Lead CAPA initiatives to address non-conformances

  • Promote a culture of prevention, risk-based thinking and process improvement

  • Review resources periodically to ensure optimal headcount and adequately trained quality personnel aligned with customer and management expectation.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related technical field

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing industry, Plastic Injection Molding will be an added advantage

  • Strong understanding of QA and QC process

  • Able to align quality objectives with company goals and mission

Responsibility

• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by monitoring store performance and implementing strategic initiatives to boost sales.

Based in either KL or Penang, you will lead sales activities across Malaysia in safe automation. In this role, you’ll empower customers with industry‑leading products, services, and expertise in sustainable automation centered around machinery safety.
You will actively grow our customer base and develop new clients into long‑term, trusted partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITY:
• Responsible for all outside sales activities in the country of Malaysia for all company' products and services: safety automation, consulting and engineering service projects, as well as training
• Execute sales programs particular to the accounts of responsibility, and achieve assigned sales quota
• Develop new customers, system integrators, OEM machine makers in the assigned territory, maintain contact with the assigned customers on an ongoing basis, and develop customer solutions and proposals, and business activities.
• Demonstrate the ability to work within cross functional teams in region, particularly company' HQ in Singapore; the position requires working diligently with the Technical support, Service Engineering, Inside sales team and marketing team.

JOB QUALIFICATION:
