We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on oral supplements. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving new business opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for oral supplement to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
• Conduct demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of products
• Provide clients with information, including usage instructions and safety precautions
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to generate leads and expand the customer base
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and parts and resolve any customer issues

You will work closely with our warehouse, sales, finance, suppliers, and regional teams to ensure goods and shipments are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Process goods receiving and inventory transactions in SAP.
• Prepare import, export, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate shipments with warehouse teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
• Process stock transfers, loan orders, and return shipments.
• Check freight, shipping, and duty invoices for accuracy.
• Manage marine insurance declarations and assist with claims when required.
• Maintain proper shipping and inventory records for audit purposes.
• Support stock counts, inventory audits, and other logistics projects.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, inventory, or order coordination.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini is an advantage.

•        9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)

RESPONSIBILITIES

•        Responsible in preparation of full set monthly financial statements.

•        Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of account & admin department.

•        Prepare cheque, payment voucher, and other task assigned from time to time

•        Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries

•        Managing cash inflows and outflows and ensures proper records.

•        To analyze the project performance on a monthly basis.

•        To prepare the monthly cash flow projection for the company.

•        To liaise with auditor taxation, bankers and other institutions.

•        Implement effective internal controls and compliance with company standard operating procedures.

•        Responsible for Account Receivables section and Monthly reporting AR module including the Aging Report.

•        Any other ad-hoc accounting & admin duties when tasked by functional lead.

REQUIREMENTS

•        Possess a Bachelor’s Diploma/Degree in finance / accounting or its equivalent.

•        Preferably with minimum 2 years’ experience in senior accounting role.

•        Self-motivated and strong initiative, critical thinking, meticulous, independent, and strong sense of responsibility, result-orientated team player.

•        Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

•        Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel-pivot tables etc.

•        Experience with financial management software, such as SAP B1 will be a plus.
