• Provide engineering support for production, equipment, process improvement, or new product introduction (NPI).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to improve product quality, yield, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Analyze engineering data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, reports, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Engineer: Around 2 years of experience in Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Process, Equipment, Automation, or other technical roles.
• Senior Engineer: Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. Proficiency in Chinese is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

PCB Experience

• Candidates with PCB manufacturing experience are preferred.
• Candidates without PCB experience are also encouraged to apply. We welcome individuals with around two years of experience in Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, or other technical roles. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to develop the necessary PCB knowledge and technical skills.
