Senior HR & Accounts Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR & Accounts Executive to support both Human Resources and Finance functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a broad operational scope and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and orientation for new hires.
• Administer work pass and employment pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Respond to employee enquiries on HR policies, benefits, insurance matters, and staff welfare.
• Prepare and submit statutory surveys and government-related reports, including labour market surveys.
• Organise employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
• Administer employee insurance policies and claims, and liaise with insurers when required.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner using the payroll system.
• Prepare IR8A forms and ensure timely submission to IRAS.
• Manage employment contracts for outsourced staff.
• Submit government-paid leave claims, including maternity and childcare leave claims.
• Administer the Infotech leave management system and ensure timely submission of leave applications by employees and outsourced staff.
• Coordinate staff training programmes and administer training grants and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Support the review, enhancement, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Accounts / Finance

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly.
• Create and maintain service contract records.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
• Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations as required.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of relevant HR and accounting experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management and a qualification in Accountancy.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, payroll administration, and HR best practices.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR/payroll systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Store & Operations Management: Oversee daily Engineering store’s operations, maintain cleanliness, schedules, performance standards, and ensure layouts comply with company and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics or Electronics, Telecommunications and  related field with minimum of 2 years in inventory and warehouse management, logistics, tenancy agreement management, telecommunications operation or a similar role.
• Experience in inventory management, delivery coordination, and project tracking.
• Experience supporting engineering tasks or managing maintenance projects is a plus
• Familiarity with RMA processes and warranty claims is an advantage.
• Experience assisting with basic installations and equipment setups is beneficial.
• Prior experience operating lifting equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) would be a plus
• Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and general office software.

FINANCE MANAGER

·       Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
