Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and conducting hands-on analyses to support the set-up of instruments in the QC laboratory.
- Conduct analytical method validation, review data and troubleshoot reliability issues of instruments.
- Review and upkeep Quality, Safety and training documents of instruments in compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
- Comply with laboratory safety guidelines and maintain good laboratory housekeeping.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by QC Manager/QC Supervisor.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
More than 2 years of working experience in laboratory related functions.

Responsibilities
- Track and review all incoming orders, ensuring that all technical and commercial details are correct for order processing.
- Process all orders timely and accurately into the ERP system.
- Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of orders.
- Expedite orders to meet customers requirements.
- Acknowledge customers orders timely and ensure a high level of responsiveness to customers requests.
- Review all backlog orders on hand and proactively escalate potential late orders to stakeholders/higher management to mitigate risks on late deliveries or non-performance.
- Forecast all backlog orders and ensure monthly forecast targets are met.
- Respond to all customers enquiries timely.
- Handle, manage and escalate customers complaints and escalation.
- Work with sales closely to manage customers accounts.
- Feedback on customers needs and requests.
- Work with customers on their credit hold issues to clear roadblocks for shipments release and delivery.
- Comply to company rules and policies on all businesses (Trade and Intercompany)
- Ensure all record retention.
- Prepare presentations and participate in business meetings.
Requirements
- Diploma / bachelors degree in supply chain / Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
- No working experience candidate will be considered
- Microsoft Office and ERP System
- Knowledge on international trade compliance rules and regulations.
- English - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Possess sense of urgency and good time management
- Possess good problem-solving skills!
- Able to handle customers of different cultures.

Job Responsibilities
Product Portfolio Management
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
- Manage and optimize the product portfolio by continuously evaluating product performance, market fit, competitive positioning, and technology developments.
- Identify portfolio opportunities and recommend actions to strengthen product differentiation and long-term profitability.
Value Creation & Product Strategy
- Develop value creation roadmaps by identifying strategic growth opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and product innovation plans.
- Define product vision and roadmap, building compelling business cases for new product investments and enhancements.
- Balance customer requirements, technical feasibility, commercial impact, and engineering priorities to deliver differentiated solutions that create measurable value.
Global Product & Market Management
- Oversee product performance across global markets, with a strong focus on the APAC region, by monitoring market adoption, competitive activities, and regional trends.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen market position, increase customer adoption, and drive business growth.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including product launches, commercialization, continuous improvements, cost optimization, customization, feature enhancements, and product phase-out decisions based on market and business insights.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with the global Product Management team and key functions at Headquarters (Germany), including R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Industry Management, and regional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies, influencing decisions, securing alignment, and driving successful product outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably within industrial automation or related industries.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience working in customer-facing roles and collaborating across cross-functional and international teams.
- Good understanding of industrial automation systems, including sensors, controllers, and software platforms, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Functional Safety within industrial automation is an advantage.
