Job Scope
Coordinate and review design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory authority requirements.
Identify and resolve technical issues, while planning, monitoring, and reporting the progress of shop drawing production.
Prepare and submit technical documentation for materials, construction methodologies, and Civil & Structural (C&S) shop drawings.
Address construction-related drawing issues and liaise closely with Architectural and M&E teams, as well as relevant authorities.
Lead and supervise a team of BIM Modelers in producing coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor.
Registered Professional Engineer (PEB Singapore) will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
