We are looking for a Lead Network Services Engineer to work on a enterprise project.
This role requires someone who has experience in government related projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and deployment services for customers’ cloud and network environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to cloud-scale and backbone network infrastructure.
- Support and maintain software-defined networking (SDN) services and related technologies, including:
- Azure Front Door (AFD)
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) protection
- Domain Name System (DNS)
- ExpressRoute
- Perform incident analysis, root cause investigation, and service restoration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of network services.
- Participate in standby and on-call support rotation for after-hours operational support.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in large-scale data centre environments for Engineer level.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale data centre environments for Senior/Lead level.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking and data centre operations.
- Experience supporting software-defined networking (SDN) technologies and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience leading technical teams or projects will be an advantage for Lead positions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experienced in Software Defined Network (SDN) is a must.
This role requires individual to clear CAT 1 due to the nature of the project.

Job:
· Lead and drive NPI activities, develop timelines and monitor progress to ensure timely product launches.
· Design for Manufacturability (DFM), using Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) as the backbone to Minimize Risks, improve Product Quality, and enhance Customer Satisfaction.
· Work with internal / external customers to develop essential BOMs, Process flows, Control Plans, FMEAs, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Quality Control Measures to ensure products meet Customer Requirements.
· Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement, propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency on Quality, Yield and Costs.
· Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure a smooth product launch and successful transition.
Requirement :
Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields)
2–5 years of experience in NPI, Program Management, Process engineering or related fields.
Hands-on, analytical, and passionate about problem solving.
Good teamwork, communication, and project management skills.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom and fast-paced production environment.

• Lead assigned R&D projects related to AOI/Metrology topics.
• Develop AOI/ Metrology process capability for R&D phase and establish process stability for NPI and high-volume manifesting.
• Performing and analyzing AOI/Metrology results in support to process characterization and optimization required for the qualification new package technologies or products, or supporting NPI project

Requirement:

• Good knowledge in AOI/Metrology process: machine, materials, procedures, operations, quality requirements
• Basic knowledge on wafer level packaging, integration and assembly processes.
• Application of DoE study and Statistical Tools such as JMP
• Good technical writing & presentation skills.
• Prefer at least 2 years working experience in semiconductor assembly line.

- Perform structured risk assessments to support Sourcing of Best-in-class semiconductor components for new product developments.
- Conduct regular APQPs to minimize quality and reliability risks with new component introductions. Utilize Company’s qualification standards to qualify new components and devise safe launch plans to ensure quality in production ramp-up.

- Support Company’s change management process to properly risk-assess and qualify any changes proposed by semiconductor suppliers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Engineering. Advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of Direct work Experience in semiconductor manufacturing/testing/Quality.
- High proficiency in use of Quality tools/methods (Six Sigma DMAIC/DFSS).
- Excellent communication skills both in verbal/written with high proficiency in English.
- Excellent Analytical skills required. Excellent leadership skills in leading Globally distributed team of internal and external partners.
- Position requires approximately 50% Regional/international travel to company’s and Supplier locations.
