Responsibilities:
The scope of Test Engineer shall include the following:
  • Responsible for the end-to-end testing activities of an integrated e-payment system;
  • Carrying out the activities in the testing lifecycle including test planning, analyzing business and system requirements;
  • Preparing the test environment, designing and developing the test cases, executing the test procedures;
  • Automating the test solution based on the system design using scripting or programming languages as well as performance tuning;

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering;
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in executing testing and developing test automation solutions involving devices (UI-based or embedded) and/or back-office systems with familiarity on the full system development lifecycle from requirement, development, to testing and deployment;
  • At least 3 years of testing experience on Windows operating systems;
  • Experience in testing on Unix/Linux or Embedded systems or cloud-based
  • testing environments would be an added advantage;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Able to work well both independently as well as in a team;
  • Certification in software testing preferred;

Job Overview

We are looking for an dynamic Associate Marketing Manager (Community) to spearhead the management and expansion of our passionate user communities across multiple sports disciplines, including running, triathlon, cycling, golf, and general fitness.

In this role, you will serve as a brand advocate and product expert, shaping the local community strategy aligned with broader regional fitness goals. You will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end community programs, from highly engaging offline sporting events to active online social media groups (e.g., brand-owned running and cycling clubs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Strategy & Growth: Localize and execute regional fitness and brand guidelines to build a robust, highly engaged local fan base across various sports categories.

  • Event & Activation Management: Plan, organize, and execute experiential sports marketing activations and community programs from inception to completion, encompassing both physical offline events and digital Facebook community groups.

Job Requirements (Qualifications & Key Competencies)

Professional Experience & Technical Knowledge

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in Event Marketing, Sports Marketing, or directly within the sports/fitness industry.

  • High familiarity with smartwatches, wearable technology, and the sports gadget industry.

  • Deep passion for new technologies, consumer electronics, and smart devices.

Language & Education

  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) is required for cross-border and local stakeholder communication. Proficiency in Chinese is considered a strong advantage.

Field Service Engineer (Data Centre / Cooling System) x2

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Installation, testing and commissioning, preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of precision cooling units (CRAC/CRAH, in-row coolers, chillers, and close-control ACs) and to support 24/7 operation in mission-critical environments.

Installation & Commissioning

  • Supervise / execute site installation of precision cooling units per manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform refrigerant charging, leak checks, piping, and electrical connections.
  • Testing and Commission units with proper airflow, setpoints, humidity control, and alarm verification.
  • Integrate with BMS (Building Management System) via Modbus, BACnet, or other protocols.

Preventive Maintenance

  • Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance visits (monthly, quarterly / half-yearly) for critical cooling equipment contracted assets.
  • Routine servicing to clean/replace filters, check fan belts/motors, inspect coils, condensate drains and humidifiers.
  • Verify refrigerant levels, superheat/subcooling, and compressor performance.
  • Inspect electrical panels, contactors, capacitors, and safety controls.
  • Document all readings, logs, and component wear and submit service reports.

Corrective & Emergency Maintenance

  • Respond to 24/7 emergency breakdown calls (SLA-driven, e.g., 2–4 hours response).
  • Diagnose and fix faults: compressor failures, fan motor issues, controller errors, refrigerant leaks.
  • Replace key components (compressors, TXVs, fan motors, PCBs).
  • Use diagnostic tools (manifold gauges, multimeter, thermal imager, refrigerant leak detector).

Customer & Compliance Support

  • Train customer’s facility team on basic operations and alarms.
  • Ensure compliance with refrigerant handling regulations (e.g., F-Gas, EPA Section 608).
  • Coordinate with OEM support for warranty claims or advanced technical issues.

Requirements

  • ITE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2-3 Experience in precision Cooling in CRAC / CRAH/ Chiller equipment.
