We are looking for a Project Delivery Engineer (Day 1) to support the implementation, deployment, and delivery of IT infrastructure solutions (Enterprise Project). 

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal project teams to deliver infrastructure projects and ensure successful system implementation and handover.


Job Responsibilities

  • Support project implementation by completing assigned deliverables and achieving project milestones within agreed timelines.
  • Perform configuration, installation, and implementation of servers, network equipment, and related hardware and software.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and other external parties during system implementation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare for and participate in System Acceptance Testing (SAT), including security-related testing, with customers and external vendors.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Regional Manager (Retail)

1.Reasonably allocate sales targets to each store in the Thailand/Malaysia market and achieve the overall regional sales targets.
2.Manage all store personnel within the region, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and motivation, so as to strengthen the capabilities and cohesion of the local team.

3.Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues through sales reports and operational metrics, and to formulate effective performance‑improvement strategies.
4.Proven experience in distributor/agent management, acting as a bridge between headquarters and local partners to efficiently coordinate resources and resolve on‑the‑ground challenges.

  • Collaborate with the OT to co-develop client-centered, goal-oriented care plans that align functional and psychosocial goals with the client's motivations.
  • Conduct scheduled reviews to monitor progress on case management needs, reinforce goals in alignment with the client's motivations, and apply motivational interviewing to address barriers to behavioural change.
  • Develop the Befriender Buddy volunteer scheme within assigned subregions (i.e. Hougang & Serangoon) - sourcing and recruiting volunteers from the community, onboarding them, co-facilitating training with the OT, and providing ongoing support to Befriender Buddies, in partnership with community stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the planning, engineering coordination, execution and close-out of the 2027 Mechanical Turnaround and selected plant improvement projects.
  • To Develop turnaround work packages, coordinating multidisciplinary activities, managing contractors, monitoring execution progress and ensuring safe, quality and timely delivery of turnaround scopes.

Turnaround Engineering & Planning

  • Develop and maintain turnaround worklists in collaboration with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams.

  • Coordinate Management of Change (MOC) activities where applicable.

Contractor & Cost Management

  • Coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure work is executed safely and efficiently.
  • Verify contractor progress, manpower utilization and completed work quantities.
  • Monitor turnaround and project expenditure against approved budgets.
  • Support preparation of project justifications, one-pager proposals and management presentations where required.

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in turnaround post-review sessions and capture lessons learnt.
  • Identify opportunities to improve turnaround planning, execution methodology and contractor performance.
  • Support development of standard turnaround procedures, templates and engineering documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years’ of maintenance experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry or Diploma holder with 10 years’ maintenance experience Oil & Gas /Petrochemical industry preferred.
  • Experience in at least two plant outages of over 150,000labor hours.
  • Experience in a Gas Plant such as Gasification/SMR/ASU is an advantage
