Offboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end offboarding processes for resigning or departing employees.
  • When retention is not applicable, prepare Acceptance of Resignation letter and inform reporting officer on the leave balance to work out the last day of service.
  • Inform shared services on the confirmed resignation for payroll and offboarding processes (IT, Administration).
  • Send out written notice to inform resignee on his/her last day, leave balance, exit clearance, last salary payment and exit interview.
  • Activate exit interview survey for resignee to completed before the exit interview date.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare exit interview reports for management review, highlighting insights and recommendations.
