Essential Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the planning, engineering coordination, execution and close-out of the 2027 Mechanical Turnaround and selected plant improvement projects.

  • Coordinate Management of Change (MOC) activities where applicable.

Contractor & Cost Management

  • Coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure work is executed safely and efficiently.
  • Verify contractor progress, manpower utilization and completed work quantities.
  • Monitor turnaround and project expenditure against approved budgets.
  • Support preparation of project justifications, one-pager proposals and management presentations where required.

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in turnaround post-review sessions and capture lessons learnt.
  • Identify opportunities to improve turnaround planning, execution methodology and contractor performance.
  • Support development of standard turnaround procedures, templates and engineering documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years’ of maintenance experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry or Diploma holder with 10 years’ maintenance experience Oil & Gas /Petrochemical industry preferred.
  • Experience in at least two plant outages of over 150,000labor hours.
  • Experience in a Gas Plant such as Gasification/SMR/ASU is an advantage

Job Summary

The Nurse Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care across schools. General Nursing Duties:

Job Summary

  • Set service levels, safety stock, reorder points, and replenishment amounts by SKU across ESCs and Central Hub
  • Collaborate with Order Management, Inventory Management, and ESC colleagues to balance service levels against inventory costs
  • Optimize inventory investment through effective planning parameters, stock balancing, and reduction of excess/obsolete inventory
  • Track planning KPIs (delivery on-time, fulfilment rate, days of supply, aging stock, write-offs) and drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies
  • Provide planning rules and thresholds to align downstream order and inventory management

What we're looking for:

Job:

• Define and execute the enterprise Digital Design & Material Innovation Center strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned with company technology priorities, product roadmaps, and business outcomes.

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team of component modeling engineers (FEM/CFD), atomistic/molecular modeling engineers, AI/ML engineers, and digital scientists across globally distributed sites primarily located in Taiwan and Singapore, with growing capability in India and anchor teams in the U.S. and Korea.

• Standardize enterprise modeling, simulation, and validation practices globally across company wide including reference architectures, validation frameworks, and reusable model libraries.

• Create portfolio governance for modeling work by prioritizing initiatives based on business value, technical risk reduction, resource capacity, and impact on innovation cycle time, product performance, manufacturability, quality, and customer outcomes.

• Partner with the CIDO organization to ensure digital modeling and infrastructure are compute-ready and able to scale across the enterprise, with standardized SOPs for derivative-model deployment that meet cybersecurity requirements.

• Drive executive decisions on investments in compute infrastructure, data platforms, model validation practices, documentation controls, IP protection, and knowledge reuse.

• Establish external technology engagements with universities, research consortia, and industry partners to advance Company digital and AI capabilities. Requirement:

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computational science, materials science, mechanical or chemical engineering, physics, applied mathematics, or a related technical field.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in modeling and simulation, computational engineering, or digital transformation in R&Dintensive industries, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Semiconductor process and materials experience is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated track record of scaling simulation, AI, or digital tools from a single team to an enterprise level of approximately 500–1,000+ engineers and scientists, including structured change management, adoption programs, andcultural transformation in R&D-heavy organizations

• Practical understanding of digital twins, HPC/cloud computing, and virtual prototyping with proven ability to establish enterprise-wide modeling standards, reference architectures, and validation frameworks.

• Deep technical expertise spanning at least two of the following: multi physics simulation (CFD, FEM), molecular/atomistic modeling (DFT, MD), computational chemistry, and AI/ML, with hands-on familiarity with industry-standard tools such as ANSYS, COMSOL, GeoDict, LAMMPS, and modern AI/ML frameworks for materials and process simulation and design.

To develop and support new and existing business growth and profitability of the Formulated & Process Chemicals (FPC) product lines. Strongly collaborate with all functions to meet customer needs. Work with the Business Director to achieve profitable growth of the business. The key measures for success will be increased profitability and customer satisfaction from existing business and new business acquired. Additionally, development of in-depth knowledge of competitors and understanding key customers’ roadmaps are essential for this role.

 

Responsibilities:

•Partner with Business Director in identifying, establishing, implementing and leading strategic plans for the FPC product line to improve profitability consistent with market demands and Company goals

•Must be able to lead projects internally and externally to improve profitability.

•Work directly with Business Director and sales to determine price strategy for new products and price management for existing products. Work with finance on costing and profitability analysis in support of new and existing sales.

•Owns NPI (New Product Introduction) process to prepare responses to customer RFQ /RFI.

•Work cross-regionally to support business needs aligned with global objectives.

•Manage commercial and technical requirements of the product lines for external and internal customers.

•Prepare high quality business analysis and customer-facing presentations.

•Support customer product application needs directly or through global sites as necessary.

•Report monthly progress of product management KPIs to meet or exceed targets.

•Support change processes at key customers and internally.

•Support strategic supplier development and supply assurance programs.

•Supports quality and supply chain by leading and/or participating in Cl events, quality initiatives, etc.

•Gathers, monitors, analyzes, administers, and shares relevant market developments

•Collects and monitors customers’ development; digests and shares key messaging with appropriate parties as necessary.

•Assists in development of pricing strategies based upon market intelligence and required margins.

•Produces standard contracts as directed; ensures accuracy of details in each contract and contract amendment; administers contract.

Performs other duties as assigned by the Business Director.

 

Requirement:

•Bachelor's degree - Required. Material Science or Chemistry Degree – Highly Preferred. M.B.A Degree is a Plus

•9+ years’ product management, sales or related commercial experience in semiconductor chemicals or similar fields

•Comfort working under minimal supervision to achieve goals in a rapidly evolving environment

•Proven self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize key objectives

•Good understanding of financial concepts such as return on investment, cost of goods/services sold, profitability measures, and related concepts

•Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage activities related to chemical ,physical, material, and process issues.

•Knowledge of statistical analysis and design of experiments (DOE) to interpret data for informed decision-making and customer presentations.

•Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other software tools to create high-quality, impactful presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

•Ability to work in SAP systems is a plus

Oversee daily manufacturing operations, focusing on production of chemicals and spent chemical distillation, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of these products. 

The role is accountable for meeting production schedules, upholding quality standards, complying with safety and environmental regulations, and leading the development and performance of the production team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising a team of production operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

• Work closely with production planner to develop and execute production schedules.

• Work closely with warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate issuance of all raw materials to production shop floor.

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities across various production departments within the Plant (Solvent Production, Acid Production, Distillation - spent recovery) and remote Acid production site.

• Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures, conducting regular safety audits, and addressing any identified issues promptly.

• Collaborating with production engineers and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve any quality-related issues.

• Collaborating with the facility & maintenance team for preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting equipment problems, and ensuring minimal downtime through effective maintenance strategies.

• Monitoring and managing production operational costs, including labour, materials, and utilities, to optimize efficiency and profitability. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality or safety.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments as required.

• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across production, quality, safety, and efficiency metrics.

• Engage in ISO compliance and customer audit processes and ensure timely follow-up to close any identified findings.

• Support 8D and MOC report preparation, safety-related investigations, and follow up on assigned action items.

• Responsible for generating production reports in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support presentations, performance reviews and management reporting.

• Responsible for supporting and managing indirect production activities, such as waste management, packaging and dip-tube cleaning, and the execution of small-scale projects.

Performs other duties as assigned by Deputy Plant Manager.

 

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field /or similar discipline is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in chemical, petrochemical, or related manufacturing industries.

• Strong organization, administrative and interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge of chemical processes, safety standards, and manufacturing best practices

• Candidates with relevant experience in warehousing or logistics may be considered even without the stated academic qualifications.

• Be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Responding to Emergencies in the Workplace.

• Ability to be exposed to various chemicals and compounds including fumes and smells [Hazardous chemicals].
