Regional Manager (Retail)

1.Reasonably allocate sales targets to each store in the Thailand/Malaysia market and achieve the overall regional sales targets.
2.Manage all store personnel within the region, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and motivation, so as to strengthen the capabilities and cohesion of the local team.
3.Organize and implement various marketing and promotional activities across the region.
4.Oversee operational standards, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service quality for all stores in the region, ensuring full compliance with company policies and applicable local laws and regulations.
5.Gather frontline market intelligence (competitors, consumer trends, regulatory changes) in overseas markets; combine this with regional sales data and operational performance to formulate responsive strategies and provide data‑driven support for overseas business development.
6.Assist distributors in identifying operational issues within their stores and propose actionable solutions to drive performance improvement. Regularly collect distributor needs and feedback in the region, and coordinate with headquarters to allocate resources effectively to address them.
7.After the headquarters finalises the expansion plan, support the coordination and daily relationship management with distributor clients / shopping mall counterparts within the region, and facilitate the smooth completion of all preparations for new store openings.



1.Minimum 3 years of multi‑store sales management experience in jewelry or chain retail brands (apparel, cosmetics, or similar).
2.Proficient in end‑to‑end store operations management, including sales target decomposition and achievement, inventory control, visual merchandising standards, and implementation of customer service systems.
3.Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues through sales reports and operational metrics, and to formulate effective performance‑improvement strategies.
4.Proven experience in distributor/agent management, acting as a bridge between headquarters and local partners to efficiently coordinate resources and resolve on‑the‑ground challenges.
5.Result‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership; capable of driving multiple tasks—such as new store openings and promotional campaigns—to timely completion in a fast‑paced business expansion environment.
6.Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to use both as working languages for business negotiations and daily correspondence with headquarters, local agents, and mall partners.

Preferred (Plus):
1.Hands‑on experience in store operations management in Malaysia or other Southeast Asian markets is highly desirable.
2.Familiarity with local labor laws, commercial compliance requirements, and shopping mall cooperation models to ensure store operations are fully legal and compliant.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing Engineer / Marketing Officer (Japanese Speaking) to join our growing team in Thailand. In this role, you will bridge communication between Japanese clients and internal teams, drive business opportunities, and foster strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Japanese clients.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Sales Engineering (preferably within the manufacturing sector).
  • Native Japanese speaker with good communication skills in Thai or English.
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a team, and travel to visit customers when required.

  • Experience managing sales cycles for technical or solution-based products/projects.

  • Understanding of warehouse operations, material flow, throughput, and supply chain processes.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and conceptual layouts; AutoCAD is an advantage.
