The Role

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager based in HQ Singapore, you will take full ownership of the Thailand entity’s finance function, playing a hands-on role across the full spectrum of accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and finance operations. You will be the key finance representative on the ground in Thailand, working in a driven and innovative team contributing to the production of new, clean energy sources that are ultimately helping to improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions.


Role Summary

·       Oversee and hands-on manage the full spectrum of Thailand entity accounting and reporting processes, including accounting for the impact of foreign exchange rates, statutory compliance, and elimination of intercompany balances for group consolidation purposes.

·       Personally prepare and take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

·       Work closely and collaboratively with the Group Finance team in Singapore and other corporate finance team members to achieve accurate and timely results.

·       Perform and review foreign currency reasonableness calculations/proofs.

·       Establish, develop, and maintain process and controls documentation for the Thailand entity.

·       Lead the preparation of necessary audit schedules to support the financials and footnote disclosures.

·       Lead analytical reviews of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, providing insights and commentary to the Group Finance Manager.

·       Work with the Group Finance team in Singapore to align accounting policies and procedures for the Thailand entity.

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors in Thailand for periodic financial reviews, controls testing and other inquiries.

·       Meet all statutory reporting deadlines on time.

·       Participate in special projects as deemed necessary.

 

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Economics.

·       Public accounting experience (Big 4 or regional) preferred; CPA qualification required.

·       8 to 12 years of relevant finance and accounting experience in the Commodity industry, with at least 3 years in a finance management or senior finance role.

·       Strong working knowledge of multi-currency transactions and related impacts on financial statements.

·       Excellent verbal / written communication skills in English; proficiency in Thai is required to communicate effectively with local stakeholders and government authorities.

Job Title: HR & Admin Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Upper central region of Thailand

Salary: up to THB 80,000

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR & Admin Manager to oversee and lead the end-to-end Human Resources and General Administration functions at the manufacturing plant located in the Upper Central region of Thailand.
This role requires a strong HR leader with solid experience in factory operations, labor relations, workforce planning, and plant administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving employee engagement, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources Management
  • Lead workforce planning and recruitment for both direct and indirect employees.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll, attendance management, shift allowances, and overtime administration.
  • Develop and implement employee training, development, and succession planning programs.
  • Manage performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Act as the key contact for employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Law, occupational health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage disciplinary processes, welfare committee activities, and employee communication programs.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee retention and workplace satisfaction.
3. Administration & Plant Operations
  • Oversee plant administration activities, including facilities management, canteen operations, uniforms, transportation services, and housekeeping.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate factory security operations and support workplace safety initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations across the plant.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of HR & Administration experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Thai Labor Law, and factory compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and plant administration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on management style with the ability to work closely with employees on the factory floor.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Willing to work and relocate to the Upper Central region of Thailand.

Job Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the Shared Services Centre.  Ensure the accurate financial reporting, supports strategic decision-makings and maintains strong internal controls.

The Finance Manager, supporting entities across countries such as Belgium, Germany, Spain, USA, China, etc.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for AP, AR and GL team
  • Master Data & Process Support, data quality control

Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and month-end/year-end closing activities. 
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate and statutory requirements. 
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, providing recommendations to support business objectives.  
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and business opportunities, pricing strategies, product margins, and overall financial performance. 
  • Analyze trading activities, inventory valuation, import/export transactions, and working capital requirements to optimize financial results and cash utilization.  
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury activities, banking relationships, and liquidity planning to ensure sufficient funding for business operations.  
  • Coordinate and support finance activities across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with regional reporting requirements, policies, and financial controls.  
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to facilitate financial reporting, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and cross-border financial processes.  
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and corporate governance policies.  
  • Lead internal and external audit processes, coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities, and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.  
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, financial process optimization, and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.  
  • Utilize SAP ERP systems for financial management, reporting, data analysis, and process controls while supporting system enhancements and implementation projects.  
  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, risk management processes, and financial policies to protect company assets and ensure compliance with regulations. 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture while providing strategic financial guidance and business partnering support to senior management and international stakeholders. 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) preferred
  • More than 10 years of progressive experience in Finance / Accounting (Preferred in Shared Service Centre), including managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong experience in trading (preferred), or manufacturing, supply chain, import/export, or multinational business environments.  
  • Proven experience supporting regional or multi-country finance operations.  
  • Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) preferred and Proficiency in SAP, Dynamics 365 and excel
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and financial reporting systems. 
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.  
  • Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and business partnering skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken with excellent communication and presentation skills
