o Assesses all potential market opportunities and prioritizes opportunities based on total size of opportunity, attractiveness, fit and time to revenue
o Identifies the key target opportunities, accounts and develops strategies to expand with sales
o Validates new business opportunities and develops the translation package across targets to share with global sales teams
o Partners with Global Sales teams to drive customer adoption and incremental revenue
o Works closely with Product Line Managers to support the development of the Phase 0 projects feeding the innovation pipeline
o Builds strong relationships with key industry influencers, associations, and strategic customers
o Conducts market analysis, TAM/SAM assessments, and competitive intelligence
o Responsible for the development of value proposition and supports the development of selling tools for Commercial team (application translations, leads, samples, etc.)
o Serves as the global market expert for the Electronics segment
o All other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
o Bachelors degree in a related field, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering focus highly valued
o MBA preferred
o Experience in strategic business development and/or sales
o 5+ years of related electronics market experience
o Experience in any of the following specific segments is a plus : Consumer electronics, Wearables, data centers/fiber optics is a plus
o Strategic thinking and market analysis (TAM/SAM and competition)
o Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills
o Critical and creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Regional Field Service Engineer - scientific instruments

Be part of the team for analytical and scientific instruments. As a Service Engineer in our Scientific Division, you will work hands-on with advanced technologies used in research, manufacturing, and high tech industries. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical service and support for advanced scientific analytical instruments, including Particle Size Analyzers, XRF, Spectroscopy, ICP, and other analytical systems.
• Travel overseas to customer sites across the region as required to perform installation, commissioning, calibration and validation, technical support, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, customer training, and other service assignments for scientific analytical instruments.
• Ensure all service activities for scientific analytical instruments are performed in accordance with company or customer quality standards, safety procedures, and customer site regulations.
• Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Customer Service Administration, Regional Technical Experts, and Service Engineers to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain service excellence for scientific instrumentation.
• Prepare accurate and timely service quotations for repairs, preventive maintenance, spare parts, and labour related to scientific instruments in response to customer inquiries across the region.
• Record and maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation in a timely manner following each scientific service activity.
• Communicate and liaise directly with overseas manufacturing factories and global technical support teams to resolve technical issues relating to scientific instruments and implement effective corrective actions.
• Conduct technical training for end users, including scientists, engineers, laboratory personnel, and distributors, to ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and optimal performance of scientific instruments.
• Provide professional technical service support while building and maintaining strong customer relationships by resolving complex technical service issues and delivering effective solutions for scientific instrumentation.
• Identify and develop service business opportunities, including preventive maintenance agreements, service contracts, instrument upgrades, and spare parts sales for scientific instruments, to support business growth and customer retention.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by your immediate supervisor or the Head of Department.
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation/Controls (or equivalent).
• Need to have at least 2 years of service experience
• Willing to travel overseas to support regional customers; local travel required (own transport preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting mindset, customer orientation, safe working habits, and clear service documentation.
• Excellent planning and time management; proactive and able to work independently as required.
• Good Attitude, Self-motivated, Proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience with analytical/scientific instruments such as Particle Size Analyzers, X-ray Fluorescence (XRF), spectroscopy systems, and/or ICP spectrometers

Assistant Nurse Clinician

You will be working closely with the Nurse/ Care Manager to provide safe, cost effective and quality nursing care to patients in accordance to established hospital policies and procedures, standards of nursing care, professional competencies and practices to achieve the desired patient outcomes. Job Description
- Implements patient care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary teams (MDT) and according to assessed needs and health condition(s).
- Facilitates admissions, transfers and discharges; ensures discharge planning is done timely upon patient’s admission and appropriate to condition.
- Follows up and evaluates patients’ progress according to planned care and readiness for discharge.
- Collaborates with the MDT to deliver evidence-based care to patients to achieve the desired care outcomes.
- Monitors patient for changes in condition, recognises early signs of clinical deterioration using appropriate physiological assessments and escalates as required to enable timely implementation of interventions.
- Participates and contributes actively in MDT rounds, executes physicians’ treatment and investigation orders promptly.
- Prepares and assists physicians with bedside patient procedures and treatments.
- Communicates and discusses patients’ progress and response to treatment in collaboration with the MDT.
- Demonstrates clinical skills, knowledge, critical thinking and reasoning in the delivery of patient care.
- Assists nursing team to problem solve if there are any patient/ clinical/or operational issues and seeks appropriate assistance/escalates to Senior Nurse Manager (SNM)/Nurse Manager (NM).
- Delivers patient and/or family education on disease progression, prevention and rehabilitation and assesses understanding of condition to enable participation in self-health care management.
- Assists department supervisors to minimise use of resources keeping expenses within approved budget.
- Reviews infection control practices, monitors compliance and identifies areas of improvement.
- Plans and implements in-services for nurses and students to extend skills and knowledge to maintain safe and quality nursing care.
- Supports new initiates, leads changes implemented by Nursing in collaboration with other stakeholders.
- Reviews clinical performance of new nurses and nursing students and provides constructive feedback and documentation to appropriate personnel.
- Acts as a competent clinical resource and supervises:
- use of medical equipment;
- use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and electronic systems;
- clinical workflow and processes;
- co-leading in clinical emergencies or crisis situations
Requirements:
- Preferably an Advanced / Diploma in Nursing and/ or Bachelor in Nursing
- Valid practicing license with Singapore Nursing Board
- At least 2 years of experience as SSN I in a clinical setting
- Ability to exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Possess good grasp of clinical workflow in Community Hospital and Long-Term Care settings

Support and manage Security Trade Control (Export Control) for the Southeast Asia region
- Support the overall management and implementation of security trade control requirements across the Company.
- Manage concerned end-user list notifications, verification processes, and follow-up actions where required.
- Administer export control-related processes in SAP, including material creation, classification, extension, manufacturer confirmation, and export licence release following background checks and approval from Headquarters.
- Consult with and obtain approval from the HQ Legal and Export Control team for transactions involving concerned countries or military-related organisations.
- Conduct regular training and communicate security trade control updates to employees, particularly sales teams, to promote compliant business transactions.
- Prepare and submit the annual sales report to Headquarters and participate in Global and Asia Export Control meetings, where applicable.
Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma in either legal, international business, business administration, supply chain management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in dealing with trade compliance, customs compliance or international trade regulations
- Some experience of working in law firms or as an in-house legal, business contract review and management.
- Awareness of geopolitical developments and their impact on international trade.
- Proficient in basic functionalities of Microsoft Office Suite.
