We are looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer with experience in DevOps, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, and security. Main Responsibilities

 

Customer Fulfilment / Logistics

·       Execute order management according to customer priorities and lead times.

·       Manage end‑to‑end logistics from manufacturing site to point of use, collaborating with carriers.

 

Communication

·       Serve as focal point for customer shipment needs.

·       Provide feedback on delivery lead times and proactively communicate delays.

·       Manage customer complaints and apply deviation report process when needed.

 

Finance

·       Support audits with timely samples and responses.

·       Assist with financial closing and sales recognition activities.

·       Resolve financial issues in collaboration with Finance teams.

 

Continuous Improvement

·       Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

·       Drive OPEX initiatives to improve efficiency and eliminate non‑value activities.

·       Contribute to strategic and cost‑saving initiatives.

 

 

Qualifications

 

·       Bachelor’s in supply chain or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer‑facing or logistics role.

·       Proficient in English.

·       Strong PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).

·       Profound knowledge of SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong business relationships with new/existing corporate accounts and ensure consistent business follow ups

  • Participate in trade shows to generate new sales lead

  • Keep abreast of the latest development in technology and changing customer requirements and expectations

  • Ensure all team members of the spooling team are properly trained and spooling jobs are executed professionally

  • Ensure all spooling jobs are done in accordance with clients requirement and in line with all relevant and applicable standards within stipulated timeline

  • Supervise and provide assistance to team members with rigging and slinging techniques when performing spooling jobs

  • Conduct site survey and planning of equipment and manpower allocations prior to any inspection assignments

  • Complete administrative paperwork prior to commencement of work on various job sites

  • Compliance to all local/international safety regulations and established internal work procedure


Key Requirements

  • Familiarity with pipe spooling, fabrication processes, or site-based project environments is required

  • Experience handling end-to-end sales cycle, including client acquisition, quotation, and follow-ups

  • Comfortable working in a hands-on environment, including site visits and coordination with operations teams

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within engineering / fabrication / piping / oil & gas / marine industries

  • Possess own vehicle
