Position Summary

This is a greenfield role with full responsibility to build and develop a new business segment in Vietnam. The successful candidate will establish the customer base from the ground up, develop market presence, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The role requires the ability to operate in an asset-light setup, leveraging external logistics and warehousing partners in the early stage, before contributing to the development of local infrastructure as the business scales

Job Description:

  • Build and develop customer base from scratch in Beverage, Dairy, and Water industries

  • Identify, approach, and convert new customers

  • Develop and execute market entry and sales strategies

  • Act as key interface between supplier, customers, and internal teams

  • Provide technical consultation on chemical applications

  • Develop pragmatic supply solutions (e.g., direct shipment, third-party warehousing)

  • Coordinate import procedures, regulatory compliance, and logistics

  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety standards for chemicals

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in chemicals sales or related industries

  • Proven track record in building business from scratch or entering new markets

  • Experience in Beverage, Dairy, or Water industry is highly preferred

  • Strong understanding of chemical applications and customer processes

  • Experience with import regulations and hazardous goods handling

  • Ability to work in a low-infrastructure environment

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ownership

  • Fluent in English.

Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities: 
1. Operational Oversight: 
  • Coordinating with Pricing and Booking Team in order to offer the best available option. 
  • Send schedules, cargo information, and freight charges to agents and seek alternative options if initial offers are not accepted 
  • Proceed with booking and slot reservation upon receiving confirmation from agents. 
  • Ensure carriers complete orders as planned to prevent booking cancellations 
  • Monitor and update shipment information with factories and inform agents of any changes such as PO number, ship date, weight, free time, pricing, GOH setup, etc 
  • Track and update shipment information in the internal system to ensure accurate data entry for subsequent departments 
  • Regular Review on our office loading, following up with overseas on VIPs and lost account. 
2. Shipment Monitoring: 
  • Resolve any issues that arise to ensure customer satisfaction 
3. Customer Support: 
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions 
  • Handle and resolve any issues or escalations from customers 
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure their needs are met
4. Coordination and Communication: 
  • Provide regular market updates to agents, explaining difficulties and offering options to help agents make informed decisions for consignees 
  • Understand and manage the characteristics of each account, reporting allocations for fixed accounts to the global team 
  • Collaborate and support other departments to ensure smooth operations 
5. Team Management: 
  • Ensure team members are working efficiently and accurately. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members 
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff 
  • Giving guidance and solution to the team. 
  • Monitoring and enforce the team following the SOPs. 
Responsibilities: 
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Board of Directors Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, international economics, maritime transport, or related fields 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the forwarding, import-export, or logistics industry

SENIOR ASSOCIATE, DISPUTE RESOLUTION

POSITION SUMMARY

The firm is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Associate to join its Dispute Resolution Department. This role is suited for a lawyer who can independently manage complex disputes, provide strategic legal advice to clients, and play a key role in supervising junior lawyers while working closely with Partners/Directors on high-value and cross-border matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and handle dispute resolution matters from inception through resolution, including litigation, arbitration, mediation, and enforcement proceedings.
  • Take primary responsibility for complex cases, including strategy development, case planning, and execution.
  • Identify legal risks and propose practical, commercially sound dispute resolution strategies to clients.
  • Provide clear, strategic, and solution-oriented legal advice to local and international clients on dispute resolution issues.
  • Analyze complex factual and legal issues, assess litigation risks, and advise on dispute avoidance and settlement strategies.
  • Draft, review, and finalize high-quality legal documents, including statements of claim/defense, motions, submissions, legal opinions, and settlement agreements.
  • Ensure all legal documents comply with applicable laws, procedural rules, and professional standards.
  • Represent clients in hearings, meetings, negotiations, and proceedings before courts, tribunals, and relevant authorities when required.
  • Proactively update clients on case progress, developments, and strategic considerations.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and client-focused mindset.
  • Support Partners/Directors in business development initiatives, including client pitches, proposals, and thought leadership.
  • Contribute to identifying and developing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
  • Participate in internal training, external seminars, and professional development activities.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior associates and trainees.
  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing, training, and best practices.
  • Assist with other assignments as required by Management from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • A Vietnam lawyer license.
  • At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution. Lawyers with experience in more than one jurisdiction will be accorded preference.

  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
