- Review, validate, and submit warranty claims accurately and on time
- Ensure repair orders and supporting documents are complete to speed up approvals and reimbursements
- Prepare warranty and technical reports required
- Track warranty settlements, including returns, payments, and credit notes
- Review manufacturer warranty payment statements and coordinate with Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports (summary, ageing, parts usage, WIP, rejection analysis, acceptance rate)
- Review repair orders to reduce claim rejections and prevent revenue leakage
- Identify ways to improve warranty processes, coding, and workshop workflows
- Support warranty audits and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
- Analyze claim trends to spot recurring issues and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- NITEC in Automotive or equivalent
- 2-3 years of automotive or warranty experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and adaptable to fast-paced environment
- 5 days week

Responsibilities:
- Support Aftersales financial performance through reporting and data analysis, identifying profitability trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets with clear analysis and assumptions.
- Monitor and track Aftersales KPIs, including revenue, forecasting accuracy, upselling performance, retention, throughput, parts sales, and labour performance.
- Provide operational support to service centres, including system‑related issues, package clarification and setup, initiative provisioning, and troubleshooting.

- Work closely with Digital Transformation teams on system implementations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage and prepare monthly incentive and commission payouts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Stay up to date with Procurement Policies & Authorities (GPPA) to ensure full compliance.
- Support Aftersales‑related events and ad‑hoc projects when required
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in operations, reporting, finance support, or aftersales‑related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with good presentation skills.
- High level of interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills, able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
