Responsibilities

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

A) Supervision and Guidance of ICCO Staff

  • Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and guidance to junior ICCO staff, including Care Coordinators, Care Navigators, Programme Executives, and administrative support staff.
  • Guide junior staff in referral triage, case assessment, service navigation, documentation, follow-up, and escalation.

  • Maintain ICCO referral logs, dashboards, tracking sheets, case-routing records, and performance reports.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, service huddles, partner discussions, and follow-up actions.
  • Standardise ICCO processes across assigned centres and service clusters.
  • Identify operational gaps, repeated referral issues, workflow bottlenecks, and areas for service improvement.
  • Support change management as ICCO develops into a stronger integrated care coordination platform.

 

D) Cross-Service Integration

  • Support ICCO’s coordination role across AAC, SCC, CCMS, ICCP, Home Care, Therapy, Nursing, caregiver support, and other community services.
  • Support right-siting of clients across services, including AAC to SCC, SCC to therapy, AAC to caregiver support, hospital discharge to community follow-up, and community screening to case management.
  • Work with centre teams and service leads to ensure appropriate follow-up, service matching, and continuity of care.
  • Support integrated care pathways, including Healthier SG social prescription, AgeWell SG, post-discharge follow-up, falls risk, frailty, caregiver stress, community health screening, and palliative or community support pathways.
  • Strengthen ICCO’s role as a central coordination point for community care referrals and service routing.

 

E) Partnership and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support collaboration with RHS, PCN, AIC, hospitals, polyclinics, GPs, grassroots organisations, social service agencies, hospices, faith-based organisations, and community partners.
  • Represent ICCO in relevant internal and external discussions when required.
  • Maintain updated partner directories, service maps, contact lists, and referral pathways.
  • Coordinate joint outreach, health screening, caregiver support, social prescription, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Track partnership referrals, joint initiatives, partner feedback, and follow-up actions.

 

F) Data, Quality and Reporting

  • Ensure accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with organisational policies and PDPA requirements.

Production Engineer

Responsible for implementation of production processes and procedures, leading productivity improvements activities, new product introduction (new projects PGMEA, DP001, TMAH), reduce waste, improve quality and safety, reduce operating costs and lead capital projects.

 

Responsibilities:

• Be the owner of Product Quality and work closely with different stakeholders to enable plant to supply Worry-Free products to our customers.

• Lead the team to update and maintain manufacturing documentation (SOP, work instruction, batch card, FMEA, Control Plan, MOC, P&ID) to ensure their accuracy and efficiency. Review documents regularly to ensure their compliance with Safety, Quality and other regulatory requirements.

• Own the Management of Change process for any manufacturing process and equipment changes in the plant

• Own the root cause investigation for any production, quality and customer issues related to the manufacturing process or equipment. Support Materials Engineering team in root cause finding for issues related to raw materials.

• Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities with a data-based approach, balancing the needs of safety, quality, cost, reliability, and capacity.

• Develop a robust SQC/SPC program balancing process capability and customer requirements. Update process parameter control limits at defined intervals and own the trend reviews to ensure all processes are in control.

• Work with different stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and availability. Drive a culture of data-based decision making.

• Work closely with production personnel, to train and encourage production staff to follow procedures and understand the impact of their actions.

• Optimize production process in terms of defining sampling points & frequency, choosing helpful in-process test protocols, and working closely with the control systems team to define all control schemes.

• Drive Best-Practice sharing/transfer.

• Support all local/corporate EH&S and Quality initiatives.

• Support and lead capital projects where vital to implement new products or processes.

• Lead and execute process engineering projects, including process improvements, equipment installation, commissioning, and optimization to support safe and efficient plant operations.

 

Requirements:

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering is required. MS or higher in Chemical Engineering is a plus.

• 4+ years of experience in a chemical processing environment is required. In-Depth knowledge with chemical engineering unit operations: mixing, sophisticated filtration, material handling and distillation is helpful.

• Experience with PSM is a plus.

• Experience with AutoCAD or SAP is a plus  

• Strong problem solving and statistical data analysis skills are required.

• Ability to multi-task and attention to details are must-haves.

• Willing to get hands dirty and be flexible is crucial. Strong verbal and written communication skills within the company and to customers are required.

• Computer Skills – Proficient with Microsoft applications and statistical software such as JMP, Minitab or SAS.

Compliance Officer (International School)

About the Role:

The Compliance Officer supports the effective operation of the schools' compliance programme through the administration, monitoring, implementation and reporting of regulatory, accreditation, audit and governance requirements. The role serves as the operational lead for day-to-day compliance activities and works closely with departments to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations and internal policies.

Job Scope

Regulatory Compliance:

Perform data gathering and document production associated with meeting the requirements of compliance, including but not limited to, responsibility for:

·       SWDA (or equivalent) Enhanced Regulatory Framework (ERF) on Premises, Courses and Modules, Teachers Registration, Academic and Examination Board, Managers and Annual Returns;

·       SWDA (or equivalent) EduTrust Years 1 & 3 desktop submissions, Year 2 interim site inspections and Year 4 Renewal Site Inspection

·       SWDA student contract/addendum templates in compliance to SWDA (or equivalent)

·       Develop a working knowledge amongst the teaching and support community of all areas of compliance applicable to the school (including but not limited to SWDA laws and regulations)

·       Support timely submissions and reporting to SWDA and relevant authorities on any school related compliance requirements

·       Prepare and support all internal and external audits, including Edutrust audits, and to assist in addressing audit findings, observations and corrective actions promptly

·       Assist auditors and/or inspectors in compliance reviews either onsite or through submissions

·       Support Academic function in other academic related accreditations (COBIS,BSO,FOBISIA and other Association memberships) 

·       Support employees on regulatory requirements, internal audit and any other compliance related trainings

·       Maintain compliance trackers, audit logs and reports for management review, where necessary

Policy management:

·       Ensure all policies and procedures relating to compliance have been appropriately approved and documented within the school, maintaining proper document control and version management of all such policies and records

·       Maintain a centralised e-filing system within which to maintain compliance and policy documents 

Student contract and Vendor compliance:

·       Maintain student contract templates in line with SWDA requirements

·       Support each School’s annual student contract renewal process

Vendor Contract Management:

·       Maintain up to date vendor management repository. Develop and guide colleagues in implementing effective data management policies and processes aligned with data protection requirement.  

Data governance support:

·       Support the implementation of data strategy, policies, processes, and controls to ensure data security, including regular review of existing policies for relevance and effectiveness. 

·       Establish clear protocols and procedures for secure and responsible data sharing 

·       Assist with data audits and support implementation of data protection and governance requirements

Position Requirements

·       Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance, quality assurance or regulatory roles, in education industry.

·       Functional knowledge of SWDA (previously known as SSG), compliance and regulatory resources and issues

·       Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks, knowledge of SWDA, CIS, WASC is an advantage

·       Participation in a Total Quality Management System team, preferred

·       Data management skills, working knowledge of the principle of data management and administration

·       Analytical skills and problem-solving ability

·       Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to work cooperatively with others to resolve problems/issues.

·       Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise work, able to manage high volume workflow and deadlines

·       Ability to work independently and be a strong team player

·       High level of professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters appropriately
