Job Summary
It is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Profitability and Pricing related processes and strategies in coordination with divisional business teams and critical support functions with a focus on maximizing product margins.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute pricing strategies in coordination with the divisional business teams that align with company goals, considering factors like market conditions, competitor pricing, discounting strategies, and product costs
• Partner with various stakeholders to gain consensus on business drivers and requirements for product profitability measurements and related analytics
• Provide leadership and guidance to business partners and support functions on the development of long-range profitability improvement strategy roadmaps including product lifecycle portfolio optimization
• Create cost and profitability analytics, decision support tools, and related materials to support pricing strategy development including market trends and customer buying behaviors
• Conduct periodic training covering available pricing analytics, reporting, tools and processes for all appropriate functions
• Evaluate and develop creative solutions, improvements to pricing and profitability related business processes and challenges on an on-going basis
• Work closely with sales, product management, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively communicated and implemented
• Develop and maintain pricing models, including list prices, discount structures, and pricing strategies in coordination with the product management teams
• Track and analyze pricing performance, including sales trends, revenue generation, and profitability, and reporting findings to management
• Identifying and assessing potential risks and opportunities associated with pricing strategies and recommending mitigation strategies
• Staying up to date on pricing analysis methods, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve pricing strategies, support tools, and training materials
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Data Science/Analytics
• A minimum of five years of progressive pricing and/or product management experience driving activities that influence and impact profitability
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to develop data-driven pricing strategies
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; the ability to communicate clearly and influence and lead others around complex pricing concepts and strategies
• Ability to develop and implement long-term pricing strategies that align with business goals
• Ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience with pricing software, data analysis tools, and financial modelling
• A self-starter who is curious, agile, creative and able to work and communicate across geographic boundaries and multiple cultural environments
• The ability to manage conflict constructively and align cross functional team members to make and act on decisions that enhance portfolio and business value creation
• Experience analyzing the entire product life cycle, from new product creation, go to market and launch strategies, and sustaining investments with a focus on margin optimization
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

1. Contractual Support for Tender, Offers, Variations & Extensions
- Recommend contractual structures that enhance competitiveness while respecting applicable regulations and internal governance

2. Contract Management Throughout Project Execution

- Anticipate deviations and manage them proactively through contractual notices, waivers, amendments, claims, clarification requests, and other contractual instruments
3. Governance, Leadership & Coordination
- Act as the reference point for all contractual matters within the project
- Provide strategic and operational contractual advice to internal stakeholders
- Participate in departmental initiatives such as improving templates, tools, and best practices, contributing expertise linked to complex project execution
4. Compliance Activities
- Support relevant compliance processes for the tenders and projects (e.g. third‑party screenings) in coordination with the Compliance Officer (Antitrust, Anticorruption, Personal Data Protection (incl. GDPR), Trade compliance & Duty of vigilance), in particular:
- Escalate any potential non‑compliance issues where required.
5. Transversal Activities
- Provide country legal intelligence and knowledge to the relevant global, regional, or corporate stakeholders
- Interface with external counsels for analysis and management of specific legal issues in the framework of complex contractual and/or legal arrangements or claim/litigation procedures in the Region on a need-basis,
- Participate in a cross-functional working group for Legal, Contract and Compliance Department (contract management, IP, standard contracts, insurance…)
- Academic background in Law, Contract Management, Business, or related field, equivalent to a Master’s degree‑level qualification (EU/UK/SG/US or other comparable higher‑education systems) including a Specialization in Law,
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience as an in-house legal counsel working in an international context and as part of the legal department of a multinational company,
- Endowed with analytical and synthesis skills, you assess situations accurately and can easily propose pragmatic solutions,
- Understand the stakes associated with a major international Group’s compliance program,
- Master the techniques related to third-party review (third-party screening) and are able to conduct compliance analyses

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to support project delivery for structural and architectural works in Singapore Design and Build projects.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical BIM capabilities, coordination experience with consultants and subcontractors, and familiarity with Singapore construction practices and BIM submission requirements.
Job Responsibilities
