Job Summary

 

It is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Profitability and Pricing related processes and strategies in coordination with divisional business teams and critical support functions with a focus on maximizing product margins.

 

Responsibilities

 

•           Develop and execute pricing strategies in coordination with the divisional business teams that align with company goals, considering factors like market conditions, competitor pricing, discounting strategies, and product costs

 

•           Partner with various stakeholders to gain consensus on business drivers and requirements for product profitability measurements and related analytics

•           Provide leadership and guidance to business partners and support functions on the development of long-range profitability improvement strategy roadmaps including product lifecycle portfolio optimization

•           Create cost and profitability analytics, decision support tools, and related materials to support pricing strategy development including market trends and customer buying behaviors

•           Conduct periodic training covering available pricing analytics, reporting, tools and processes for all appropriate functions

•           Evaluate and develop creative solutions, improvements to pricing and profitability related business processes and challenges on an on-going basis

•           Work closely with sales, product management, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively communicated and implemented

•           Develop and maintain pricing models, including list prices, discount structures, and pricing strategies in coordination with the product management teams

•           Track and analyze pricing performance, including sales trends, revenue generation, and profitability, and reporting findings to management

•           Identifying and assessing potential risks and opportunities associated with pricing strategies and recommending mitigation strategies

•           Staying up to date on pricing analysis methods, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve pricing strategies, support tools, and training materials

 

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

 

•           Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Data Science/Analytics

•           A minimum of five years of progressive pricing and/or product management experience driving activities that influence and impact profitability

•           Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to develop data-driven pricing strategies

•           Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; the ability to communicate clearly and influence and lead others around complex pricing concepts and strategies

•           Ability to develop and implement long-term pricing strategies that align with business goals

•           Ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines

•           Experience with pricing software, data analysis tools, and financial modelling

•           A self-starter who is curious, agile, creative and able to work and communicate across geographic boundaries and multiple cultural environments

•           The ability to manage conflict constructively and align cross functional team members to make and act on decisions that enhance portfolio and business value creation

•           Experience analyzing the entire product life cycle, from new product creation, go to market and launch strategies, and sustaining investments with a focus on margin optimization

•           Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Role Overview
• We are seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Architect & Delivery Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of AI solutions across enterprise environments.
• This role combines practical, build-and-deliver execution with solution architecture and technical leadership.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering AI use cases, guiding a growing AI engineering team, and supporting client engagements, while contributing to the evolution of our AI and software capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. AI Solution Delivery (Primary Focus)
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from proof-of-concept (POC) to production deployment

2. Solution Architecture

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in:
• Hands-on AI/ML solution development and deployment
• System architecture and enterprise solution design
• Strong programming and engineering capabilities (e.g. Python, APIs, system integration)
• Experience working with AI platforms, data pipelines, or enterprise systems
• Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on delivery with technical leadership responsibilities

1. Contractual Support for Tender, Offers, Variations & Extensions

  • Recommend contractual structures that enhance competitiveness while respecting applicable regulations and internal governance
  • Draft, revise, and negotiate contractual documents with customers, partners, and subcontractors

Requirements
  • Academic background in Law, Contract Management, Business, or related field, equivalent to a Master’s degree‑level qualification (EU/UK/SG/US or other comparable higher‑education systems) including a Specialization in Law,
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience as an in-house legal counsel working in an international context and as part of the legal department of a multinational company,
  • Endowed with analytical and synthesis skills, you assess situations accurately and can easily propose pragmatic solutions,
  • Understand the stakes associated with a major international Group’s compliance program,
  • Master the techniques related to third-party review (third-party screening) and are able to conduct compliance analyses

  • Engage with third-party service providers as needed to support airline customers and support regional customers across multiple time zones; occasional nights/weekends as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with minimum 5 years in program management and/or sales and at least 10+ years in the aerospace industry (operations, engineering, customer support, or equivalent).
  • Experience with airline aftermarket models and product experiences in wheels and brake
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs and key accounts.
  • Strong sales management and consultative selling skills; demonstrated success building customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of marketing analysis and data analytics.
  • Solid commercial contract knowledge and proposal development experience.
  • Financial acumen, including proficiency in algebra and basic financial analysis (ROS, pricing, life calculations).
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator; able to influence at multiple levels.
  • Technical aptitude with mechanical systems (aircraft wheels, brakes, and associated systems) and willingness to learn more.

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to support project delivery for structural and architectural works in Singapore Design and Build projects. 

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical BIM capabilities, coordination experience with consultants and subcontractors, and familiarity with Singapore construction practices and BIM submission requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for structural and architectural disciplines.
  • Coordinate BIM activities with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
  • Ensure BIM models are updated, accurate, and aligned with project requirements and construction progress.
  • Maintain model integrity, naming conventions, and file management standards.
  • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, and Singapore standards.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • BIM-related certifications will be an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of BIM coordination experience in a contractor firm in Singapore.
  • Experience in building construction projects, preferably high-rise residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use developments.
  • Familiar with local authority requirements and Singapore BIM practices.
  • Proficient in: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 or equivalent Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms
  • Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings and construction sequencing.
  • Knowledge of BIM workflows, clash detection, and model coordination processes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
  • Able to work independently and within project timelines.
