Job :

• Coordinates with Operations to ensure that Engineering Builds are processed per requirement.
• Perform customer evaluations and DOE & provide recommendation for improvements if necessary.
• Ensures smooth transition of new products from Engineering Mode to High Volume Manufacturing.
• Provide corrective actions & improvement plans for all issues observed during Engineering & Qualification builds.

Requirement:

• In-depth knowledge of Backgrind, Laser Groove & Wafer Saw process.
• Preferably 3 years experience in Pre-Assembly process.
• Good knowledge in SPC & Problem Solving Methodology.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work beyond normal working hours if needed.

Position Profile

The Merchandise Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end Company’s process, from HQ relationship management and product development through sourcing, pattern making and final delivery of task or project. Conduct daily internal audits and targeted inspections of sales activities within express delivery and logistics operations to identify non-compliance and potential risks;

Focus on auditing irregularities such as abnormally low pricing, unauthorized quotations, non-compliant discounts, special payment terms, unusual contract clauses, and unauthorized service commitments;

Verify that sales activities adhere to company policies regarding pricing, contracts, credit limits, settlement, and business approval processes.

2. Sales Conduct Internal Audit:

Candidates should be familiar with sales processes in the express logistics industry, including client acquisition, quotation, contracting, credit granting, settlement, and accounts receivable management.

Strong capabilities in data analysis, problem identification, and risk assessment are essential, with the ability to detect anomalies through operational data.
