Assistant Project Manager

Conduct Request for Information (RFI), Invite to Quote (ITQ), Invite to Tender (ITT) exercises, including preparation and definition of specifications, evaluations, contract negotiation and obtain approval to award.
Oversight of IT projects
Manage project scope and objectives, Influence, drive and manage stakeholders' expectations to achieve the desired project deliverables.
Manage all changes in project scope escalating to Project Steering Board timely when the changes impact on agreed delivery time and budget.
Perform solution analysis, procurement, product selection, fit-gap and obtain approval. Ensure technical solution supports the business requirements.
Ability to manage and execute projects based on industry best practice of Project Management Methodology
Define, structure, plan, manage and report on assigned IT projects.
Responsible for the quality management of projects on time, scope and on budget.
Coordinate with both internal and external resources in the execution of projects.
Responsible for liaison with Project Steering Board and Project Working Group on project reporting and delivery on a regular basis.
Manage all risks and issues associated with the project escalating when required to minimize project risks.
Responsible for ensuring project resources availability and allocation are focused on delivery.
Manage vendors to ensure contractual obligations are met within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
Ensure all projects are delivered in compliant with IT policies, internal and external audit requirements.
Any other related duties as directed by the said reporting officer.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology (IT) with Certification in IT Project Management (CITPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT, Digital Service and/or Healthcare domain or similar capacity.
ITIL and Project Management (e.g. PMP/CITPM) certification and experience would be advantage.
Working experience in Integrated Electronics Medical Records system, Automated Rostering and Scheduling systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Web Technologies and Development, Infrastructure and Cyber Security would be an advantage.
Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, business applications and security management framework.
Experience in managing cross-functional projects and a strong track record of successful projects delivery.
Experience in vendor management and project execution

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and monitoring the implementation of assigned tasks related to financial accounting and accounts receivable, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the organization's operational goals and policies
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, controlling, and developing all aspects of financial operations
- Establishes financial guidelines and sources of funding.
- Provides guidance on trade finance procedures related to import and export activities.
- Manages risk prevention related to foreign exchange rates and interest rates in alignment with financial policies.
- Develops financial planning and liquidity management guidelines for the company.
- Plans, monitors, and controls accounts receivable operations in accordance with the companys policy.

Requirement:
