  1. Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and other statutory requirements.
  2. Prepare and lodge statutory documents, including company incorporations, annual returns, resolutions, and other filings with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
  3. Organize and coordinate board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and extraordinary general meetings (EGMs), including the preparation of agendas and meeting minutes.
  4. Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and company secretarial documents.
  5. Advise clients on corporate governance, statutory compliance, and company secretarial matters.
  6. Liaise with SSM, regulatory authorities, and other government agencies on corporate secretarial matters.
  7. Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents.
  8. Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality corporate secretarial services.
  9. Perform other corporate secretarial duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  2. Licensed or eligible to act as a Company Secretary under the Companies Act 2016 (e.g., MAICSA/CGI, MIA, Malaysian Bar, or other prescribed bodies) is preferred.
  3. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice.
  4. Experience managing a portfolio of clients and handling company incorporations, statutory filings, and board documentation.
  5. Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2016, SSM regulations, and corporate governance practices.
  6. Familiarity with corporate secretarial software and Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Able to work independently with strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills while contributing effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The incumbent responsible for leading the Group's Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), Occupational Health, Environmental Health, employee well-being, and safety culture initiatives. This role provides strategic direction, governance, and oversight to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment across all business units.

The incumbent will develop, implement, and continuously enhance Group-wide TWSH strategies, policies, management systems, and programmes to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, industry standards, and organisational objectives. Working closely with Business Units, operational teams, regulators, clients, and external stakeholders, the Senior Manager will drive continuous improvements in safety performance, risk management, occupational health, and employee well-being while fostering a strong and sustainable safety culture throughout the organisation.

Requirement

Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Management, Engineering or relevant

Registered WSHO

Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or relevant

At least 12 years of relevant WSH experience

At least 5 years in a group level safety management or leadership role

ISO 450001 Lead Auditor Certification has an advantage

Fire Safety Manager, ECO, ECMO or relevant certifications will have an advantage

Proficient in Chinese to liaise Chinese speaking counterparts

Job Summary
Administration of Legal Department including organization of documents filings, invoices processing, onboarding of vendors, overseeing corporate secretarial coordination for regional headquarter and its subsidiaries, and general administration support to the Legal & Compliance ( L&C ) Department.

Key Accountabilities
  • Corporate secretarial coordination arranging for corporate secretarial documents for ESP and regional subsidiaries to be signed, notarised and legalised as necessary, as well as creating and maintaining updated database of corporate information of all the entities.
  • Assist the Counsels in the L&C Department on the administration of contracts, including managing the contract lifecycle system (DocuSign).
  • Manage the administration of the contract lifecycle management platform including coordinating the signing processes of the contracting parties.
  • Administration of L&C Department including organization of legal shared folders, processing invoices, onboarding of vendors, budget preparation, collaborating on the creation of digital learning resources and training modules, and general administration support to the L&C Department.
  • Support ESP and regional subsidiaries on the maintenance of standard agreements and templates.
  • Review current processes and systems and propose improvements to the same, work closely with members of other business and operations divisions during improving the processes and systems for ESP and regional subsidiaries.
  • Ensure that L&C Department administration and logistic issues are managed smoothly.
Key Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Law with strong organizational, document management, communication and time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing contract databases, and utilizing contract lifecycle management software.
  • Knowledge of statutory filings, board minutes preparation, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial standards.
  • Familiarity with creating digital training modules, including writing instructional content, ability to upload, track, and administer online learning content.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and managing departmental operational workflows.
  • Hands-on experience administering Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, tracking milestones, managing renewals, and auditing contract repositories.
  • Proven track record in preparing board resolutions, maintaining minute books, managing statutory filings, and ensuring corporate regulatory compliance.
  • Background in managing day-to-day office operations, optimizing workflows, tracking budgets, and coordinating cross-functional departmental projects.

  • Responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance analysis.
  • Partners closely with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive financial performance across the organization.
  • To develop financial models, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and improving financial planning processes.

  • Work with Group Tax team, external tax consultants and accounting to prepare periodical tax computation, and/or managing the tax provisions of the Company.
  • Assist, review, advise and oversee the daily finance operations
  • Improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes through automation and standardization.
  • Undertake other assignments or participate in adhoc projects as may be assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related professional qualification in Finance/Accounting, or a related field
  • Min 7–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or related finance functions.
  • Strong knowledge in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance analysis
