Senior HR Specialist (2 Years Contract)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to lead training and talent development initiatives while driving HR digitalization and automation.

The role will focus on enhancing employee capabilities, supporting leadership development and succession planning, and optimizing HR systems and processes to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Organization Development

·       Organizational development initiatives aligned with business strategy

·       Talent Review & Succession Planning

·       Talent matrix & succession pipeline

·       Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

·       Competency framework implementation

·       Workforce capability gap analysis

·       Management reports & HR dashboards

·       Leadership development programs

HR Automation & HRIS

·       Lead HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

·       Manage and optimize HR systems, including HRIS, LMS, and Performance Management Systems.

·       Ensure HR data accuracy and develop HR dashboards and analytics, reporting standardization.

·       Collaborate with IT teams and system vendors to improve HR technology and processes.

·       Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and digital solutions.

·       Enhance employee experience through effective digital HR solutions.

·       Improve employee experience through digital HR tools

Cross-Functional Support

·       Collaborate with HR and business leaders on talent development, HR systems, and digital transformation initiatives.

·       Support organizational change management and HR transformation projects.

·       Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance, data confidentiality, and relevant standards.

·       Provide HR data and insights to support management decision-making.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       5–8 years of experience in Organizational & Development, Talent Management, or HR Development

·       Proven experience in training & development programs and succession planning initiatives

·       Experience in HRIS, HR Automation, or Digital HR Tools is a strong advantage

·       Knowledge of HR Technologies (e.g., LMS, HRIS platforms, dashboards, AI-enabled tools)

·       Strong analytical problem-solving, and project management skills

·       Good command of English, both spoken and written, in an international business environment

·       Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus) ; basic knowledge of data tools or automation (e’g. Power Automate) is an advantage

·       Strong change management capability and ability to drive transformations initiatives

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-minded approach and high level of confidentiality

·       Flexible working style and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

·       Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required.

·       Own transportation is preferred.

- 44 hours a week 6 days
- Day Shift: 11am to 9pm |10am to 8pm |12pm to 10pm
- Night Shift: 6.30pm to 3.30am | 4.30pm to 1.30am
- Usually  scheduled to work minimally 4 hours of OT a week

Responsibilities

• Store & Operations Management: Oversee daily Engineering store’s operations, maintain cleanliness, schedules, performance standards, and ensure layouts comply with company and safety guidelines.
• Inventory & Procurement: Manage Engineering inventory records, audits, stock levels, purchase orders, and delivery orders while coordinating with suppliers for equipment replenishments.

• Equipment & Warranty Handling: Manage faulty Engineering equipment returns (RMA), warranty claims, and ensure timely repair or replacement to minimize downtime.
• Administration & Reporting: Handle filing, reporting, scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks to support smooth department operations and projects execution.
• Support Engineers in administrative such as performing drive tests and technical/installation tasks when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics or Electronics, Telecommunications and  related field with minimum of 2 years in inventory and warehouse management, logistics, tenancy agreement management, telecommunications operation or a similar role.
• Experience in inventory management, delivery coordination, and project tracking.
• Experience supporting engineering tasks or managing maintenance projects is a plus
• Familiarity with RMA processes and warranty claims is an advantage.
• Experience assisting with basic installations and equipment setups is beneficial.
• Prior experience operating lifting equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) would be a plus
• Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and general office software.

FINANCE MANAGER

·       Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.

·       Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management accounts, and financial reports.

·       Knowledge in ERP software (especially accounting module)
