Role Summary:-
Supporting the administrative work for the service team, working with the Fulfilment Manager, Business Analyst, Sales leaders, and Training Manager.
Essential Responsibilities:-
· Managing the Service Team asset - Calibration planning and keeping track of Field Service Equipment& assets.
· Supporting the Field Engineers in documentation for site entry.
· Support and coordinate with the training manager for customer training.
· Supporting Business Analyst in PO booking
· Supporting Business Analyst in document check and filing of service projects.
· Raise and track purchase requests for external and internal buyouts.
· Coordinate with engineers to receive/send spare parts (logistics).
· Assisting engineers in raising warranty requests to the factory.
· Other Ad-hoc task.
Requirements
· A level and Diploma holder
· 1 – 3 Years of relevant sales admin experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Experience in SAP and Ariba is compulsory
· Good communication skills
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Can work independently

Duties and Responsibilities
· Actively participate and sustain high level of Lean Management.
· Plans and leads the activities in the production workshop.
· Risk Management, Incident Investigation & Preventive measures.
· Assists supervisor in monitoring and resolving matters related to production operations.
· Manages work order priorities and manpower schedules according to requirements and timelines.

Requirements
· Diploma or NITEC in related field.

· Good knowledge in workplace safety procedures
· Five to seven years of experience in Production or Manufacturing environment
· Strong PC skill in Microsoft office applications.

We are looking for a dynamic Country Sales Engineer to take full ownership of our Vietnam market operations while being based right here in Thailand. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving consultative, value-based project sales for our innovative bulk material and raw material handling systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Vietnamese market while being based in Thailand
- Work closely with local agents and partners in Vietnam, ensuring communication in the local language and bridging cultural/business expectations
- Actively engage in consultative selling, focusing on understanding the customer’s business case, operational challenges, and ROI objectives
- Drive project sales in alignment with our structured consultative selling cycle & methodology, from discovery to value-based proposal and closing
- Develop and deepen relationships with key and potential customers in Vietnam’s target industries
- Conduct regular on-site visits to Vietnam, acting as a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor
- Coordinate technical and commercial project clarifications, ensuring alignment with customer expectation
- Create and present compelling presentations, business cases, solution proposals, and financial value arguments
- Lead negotiations and follow through on project execution with consistency
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to strengthen our market strategy
- Represent comp at trade fairs, technology events, and customer workshops in Vietnam and the region
The Value You Bring:
- Education: A degree or comparable technical background in Mechanical, Process, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics.
- Experience: Initial experience in consultative, value-based selling of technical solutions/machinery.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Thai or other regional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Travel Readiness: Eager and flexible to travel regularly within Vietnam and Southeast Asia, using Thailand as your home base.
- Core Competencies: Strong relationship-building skills, cultural adaptability, resilient personality, and a structured, customer-centric approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, or basic contract law in project-based sales is a plus.
- A strong ability to work with and guide local partners/agents to ensure transparency and success
- Proven relationship-building capabilities and cultural adaptability
- A confident, agile, and resilient personality with a collaborative mindset

Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and develop automation equipment and mechanical systems for cleanroom and industrial applications
- Prepare engineering design, detailed drawings, and project cost estimation
- Manage projects from concept stage to manufacturing and final commissioning
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement design improvements and cost optimization for existing platforms
- Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting for design issues during project execution
- Review and verify engineering drawings and designs to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with customer requirements
- Liaise with customers on technical specifications, design reviews, and product requirements
- Lead machine installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites when required
- Ensure designs comply with relevant engineering standards (ISO9000, SEMI-S2, SOP39)
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in automation equipment, semiconductor, HDD, or precision engineering industries
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is mandatory
- Experience in pneumatic system design and pneumatic circuit diagram preparation is required
- Knowledge of linear motion systems
- Strong experience in preparing fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and machine layout drawings
