Job Description

Integrated Marketing Communications

  • Design and implement integrated communication plans across PR, digital, social, and offline channels, with digital‑first thinking driving execution.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints, leveraging digital platforms for storytelling and amplification.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Channel Marketing, and regional/global teams to align communications with business objectives, guided by digital insights.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor the MarCom team and external agencies.

  • Lead PR planning and execution, including media relations, influencer engagement, crisis management, and press events.

  • Oversee content calendars, campaign planning, and project priorities to align with product launch timelines.

  • Direct PR, social, and digital content strategies to ensure integration with marketing campaigns.

  • Drive online and offline community initiatives, connecting digital engagement with offline activations and vice versa.

Digital Marketing

  • Lead digital strategy across owned and paid channels to amplify campaigns and brand initiatives.

  • Optimize digital touchpoints to drive traffic, awareness, consideration, and conversion.

  • Monitor performance across websites, paid media, social platforms, and e‑commerce channels.

  • Use audience data and platform insights to continuously improve traffic, engagement, and conversion.

Insights & Reporting

  • Track PR and MarCom performance metrics, providing actionable insights.

  • Evaluate ROI and identify opportunities for proactive storytelling and digital optimization.

Budget & Agency Management

  • Manage budgets and oversee agency performance to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

  • Collaborate with external partners for seamless execution and consistent messaging.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in integrated digital marketing, PR, or marketing communications; experience in consumer goods is a plus.

  • Proven expertise in leading digital strategy and performance using platforms, data, and audience insights in Vietnam.

🔹 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Project Engineer to manage and execute engineering projects within the bagging equipment and machinery industry. This role will act as a key coordinator between clients, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Financial Accounting & Reporting:

  • Manage full-spectrum of Financial Accounting functions including leading month-end and year-end close processes of Organsation’s financial results and reporting package, ensuring general ledger accuracy with sound understanding of accounting treatment in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SRS).
