Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled Systems Engineers to join our team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for managing project assessments, customer requirements, site surveys, planning, design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, support, and maintenance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project implementation, resolve technical issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including assessment, planning, design, testing, troubleshooting, support, and maintenance.
  • Foster teamwork, collaborate with technical support teams, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Proactively address and resolve technical support issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, create documentation, and develop user guides.
  • Install and test proof of concepts, ensure project timelines, and provide timely reports.
  • Coordinate and produce formal documentation for major escalations.
  • Drive process improvement and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct periodic service and maintenance reviews with customers.
  • Maintain accountability for Professional Services and Maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Align priorities, work assignments, processes, and metrics with superiors.
  • Manage Managed Services communication, planning, prioritization, scheduling, technology, support, and quality control.
REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-8 years of hands-on experience with Hyper-Converge Infrastructure (HCI) technologies, including but not limited to Nutanix, Hyperflex, VSAN, Sangfor, VMware, HyperV, Redhat Virtualization, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, SCCM, MSSQL, Veeam, Commvault, and Cohesity.
  • Familiarity with Cloud, Linux, Redhat Openshift, Networking, and SharePoint is advantageous.
  • Possess a positive attitude with excellent communication skills in English or additional languages.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

  • Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of providing timely and courteous customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated good time management and punctuality.
  • Commitment to continuous self-development and training to fulfill responsibilities effectively.
  • Willingness to work beyond regular office hours if required.
  • Malaysian citizenship or relevant residence status is mandatory.
  • Must have own transportation, valid driving license, and passport.
