We are looking for a Supply Chain Transformation Analyst to support digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on supply chain operations experience who are passionate about process improvement, digital tools, and AI-driven operations.

 Responsibilities

• Support supply chain transformation and operational improvement initiatives
• Analyse operational data and identify process gaps or inefficiencies
• Work closely with stakeholders across supply chain, logistics, and operations teams
• Support digitalisation, automation, and AI-related initiatives
• Translate business requirements into structured workflows and improvement actions
• Monitor operational performance and recommend improvement opportunities
• Participate in regional projects and cross-functional initiatives

 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, procurement, planning, or related functions
• Experience in process improvement, operations excellence, or transformation projects
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI, Excel automation, dashboards, or analytics tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Preferred

• Experience with automation, reporting tools, or workflow improvement initiatives
• Exposure to regional operations or cross-functional projects
• Curiosity and willingness to explore AI applications in business operations
