1.Solution Design & Warehouse Planning
- Design end-to-end supply chain and fulfilment solutions based on customer operational requirements.
- Develop warehouse layout plans, storage configurations, process flows, and manpower planning to optimize operational efficiency and space utilization.
- Propose suitable automation solutions, equipment utilization, and system integrations to improve productivity and scalability.
- Conduct operational simulations and feasibility studies to ensure solution practicality and cost effectiveness.
2. Data Analysis & Operational Improvement
- Analyse customer shipment trends, SKU profiles, inventory turnover, order patterns, and operational workflows.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities through data-driven workflows.
- Prepare analytical reports, operational dashboards, and recommendations to support data-driven decisions.
- Provide continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse and logistics operations.
3. Customer Consultation & Pre-Sales Support
- Serve as the technical and operational subject matter expert during customer meetings, and sales presentations.
- Understand customer pain points and translate operational requirements into customized logistics solutions.
- Present complex supply chain concepts in a clear and value-driven manner to customers.
- Support the Sales Team in solution pitching, proposal preparation, and commercial discussions.
4.Costing & Commercial Modelling
- Develop operational costing models, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis for proposed solutions.
- Prepare detailed P&L projections, resource planning, and budget estimations.
- Ensure proposed solutions are commercially competitive while maintaining operational profitability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align costing assumptions and operational capabilities.
5. Project Implementation & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with other internal departments to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Monitor implementation progress, system readiness, SOP development, and operational go-live activities.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed customer KPIs, SLA requirements, and operational expectations.
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous optimization initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in 3PL, Supply Chain Consulting, Warehouse Operations / Management or Logistics Solution Design.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfilment, contract logistics, automation projects, or regional / cross-border logistics operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation processes, inventory management and supply chain optimization.
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and cross-functional teams
- Capable of understanding customer business requirements and translating into operational solutions.
- Good command in both English and Mandarin to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and customers
