Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team to achieve sales targets assigned by the regional management.
2. Oversee the daily operations and personnel management of the store, ensuring full compliance with company policies and administrative requirements.
3. Safeguard the store's product inventory and overall asset security.
4. Conduct regular product knowledge and service standard training for store staff in accordance with company training guidelines.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store management, with prior experience as a Store Manager in the jewelry retail industry preferred.
2. Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay (both spoken and written); familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, strong alignment with company values, and a commitment to long-term growth with the organization. Candidates must demonstrate high integrity and a professional, presentable image.
