Job Description

Social Media Management

  • Support content planning and execution for marketing campaigns such as new product launches, ongoing promotions, and special events.

  • Take full responsibility for local always‑on content and adapt regional/global content when assigned.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and visuals across social platforms, maintaining smooth transitions between campaigns.

  • Provide timely responses to end‑user inquiries on social channels.

  • Collaborate with freelance designers, product marketing, sales, channel marketing, and regional/global teams to create localized content and align communications.

  • Track bi‑weekly and monthly performance metrics including reach, engagement, and follower growth on Meta platforms.

Digital Marketing Management

  • Oversee SEM and Performance Max always‑on activities, including ad copy, visuals, site links, and keyword management.

  • Monitor ad performance for ad‑hoc campaigns initiated by cross‑functional teams and provide support when needed.

  • Work closely with retainer agencies to optimize costs and update tactics, ensuring strong performance for both ongoing and ad‑hoc advertising.

  • Drive traffic to the company website, optimizing digital and social touchpoints to increase traffic growth, with emphasis on organic traffic.

  • Apply audience insights, platform data, and performance metrics to continuously improve traffic, engagement, and conversion across digital channels.

Budget Management

  • Manage digital and social budgets, optimizing spend to achieve the best ROI for marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure seamless execution and consistent messaging.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, or related fields.

  • 3–5 years of experience in integrated digital marketing, PR, social marketing, or similar roles.

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing digital and social strategies, with proven ability to drive performance through platforms, data, and audience insights in Vietnam.

  • Strong familiarity with digital and social platforms, content formats, and online engagement practices.

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Experience working effectively across multiple functions and with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Communication Skills

  • Strong communication abilities, logical content writing, and effective presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
