Report to: HR Department Manager
No. of Subordinate: 3 people (2 Safety staffs and 1 Environment staff)
Salary: 65,000 75,000
Location: Ayutthaya
The SHE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. The role involves risk assessment, incident investigation, training, and fostering a culture of safety across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) management in a manufacturing environment (experience in heavy industries such as cement, steel, sugar, or mining is a plus)
- Must hold a Professional Safety Officer license
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (proactive risk assessment is a plus)
- Ability to assess workplace safety and environmental risks
- In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental laws and regulations
- Experience or knowledge in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent planning, coordination, and follow-up skills
Responsibilities:
Safety Management:
- Develop and review annual safety plans and activities
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Plan, monitor, and implement safety policies
- Review and update safety procedures for workplace operations
- Conduct safety awareness campaigns and accident prevention programs
- Evaluate workplace risk assessments and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and ensure a safe working environment
EEnvironmental Management:
- Develop and implement an annual environmental management plan
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental laws and regulations
- Monitor and inspect environmental conditions within and around the facility
- Ensure all environmental policies and procedures align with legal requirements
