Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Palembang, Indonesia. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team and customers, driving the adoption of our innovative solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how our products can provide effective solutions, ultimately contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities, providing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, tailoring content to address specific business needs.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution proposals.
• Prepare and deliver technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing in-depth knowledge of our products and services to customers and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.
• Provide post-sales technical support and ensure smooth customer onboarding and implementation.
• Contribute to the development of sales tools, technical documentation, and training materials.
