 Responsibilities:

• Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with CSR / transporter on day-to-day issues & order planning to meet customer’s shipment inbound / outbound requirements.
• Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports to various stakeholders.
• Perform cycle count administration & inventory tracking
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
• Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
• Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation.
• Ensure all receiving non-conformances / exceptions reported timely

Specific Accountabilities:

• Focal point for all shipment enquires (inbound & outbound)
• Internal coordination to ensure order / shipment fulfilment
• Oversee documentation flow and record retention
• Oversee shipment arrangement, cargo release & shipment closure activities
• Consolidate requirements for operating consumables
• Timely delivery of accurate reports & information to various stakeholders

Requirements:             

•  Minimum GCE 'A' Level or diploma holder.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations / customer service
• Detail oriented, analytical and innovative.
• Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
• Good in Warehouse Management System and experience with handling electronic devices such as RF scanners, Ring Scanners.
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA)
• Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
