Job :

• Administer the Customer audit program
• Follow up and validation of Customer audit survey/checklist, response and CA/PA implementation
• Conduct pre audit to ascertain the execution compliance against documented procedure
• Perform Customer audit post mortem analysis and update in monthly management meeting
• Perform inter / intra audit sharing to improve factory awareness
• Maintain Customer audit database  
• To maintain Quality Management System
• Support QOS+ system in entire factory
• AIP / CIP review and drive Quality improvement
• Conduct Customer and procedural audit / validation and drive systemic solution with team member in  a timely manner.
• To contribute enhancement programs and developments with CIM engagement project
• Identify system gaps and enhancement on the Quality Management System
• Involve in Customer Con call / Audit / Training related to Customer Audit and Quality Management System to maintain and improve overall Quality System 
• To establish, maintain and improve Quality System Certification, include ISO 9001, ISO / TS16949.
• Support Intel QOS Audit / Corporate QOS / ISO / TS 16949 Audit and coordinate plant wide timely Customer CA/PA closure effectively.
• Assist QA Manager on any job assignment rendered.

Requirement:

•                    Degree in Engineering with min 3 years Customer Audit and Quality System and Quality Planning experiences, preferably in semi conductor industry or IC packaging environment

•                    Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949 with internal auditing experience is a must

•                    Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 26262 and VDA 6.3 and Certified Lead assessor preferred

•                    Experience in APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, DOE and Process / Machinery FMEA preferred

•                    Knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet / Microsoft word / Power point / Visio

•                    Good interpersonal skill
