Responsibilities:

• Implement QA strategies to ensure process stability and compliance.
• Conduct audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Monitor process quality, SPC, and key metrics (OOC/OOS, yield).
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and improvement projects.
• Drive defect reduction and promote a zero-defect culture.
• Maintain quality documentation (Control Plans, FMEA, PPAP).
• Support customer and internal audits, ensuring ISO/IATF/ESD compliance.
• Train staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic or related).
• Min. 3 years’ QA experience, preferably in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
