About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager (PCR tire) to join our growing team in Thailand. In this role, you will manage the main distributor in Thailand and APAC clients/customers for PCR tires.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new wholesale customers and create business opportunities in Thailand market.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key wholesale customers to support long-term business cooperation.
  • Support business development and sales growth together with key accounts.
  • Coordinate with customers and related departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle customer requirements and solve operational issues effectively
  • Prepare sales reports, documents, and related business information accurately and on time.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify market trends and business opportunities.
  • Proactively approach customers, follow up business opportunities, and support sales expansion activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the PCR industry 
  • Good command of English 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills 
  • Ability to build strategic sales plans using analytical tools
