Senior Sales Manager — PT Kasera Technologies Indonesia
Location: Jakarta

salon, barbershop, and beauty clinic owners across Indonesia. When you call,
they answer. When you tell them something is worth looking at, they take the
meeting because it's you. If you just read that and started counting names, keep

About Kasera: Kasera is a POS, booking, and payments platform built specifically
for Indonesian salons and barbershops. QRIS-native, WhatsApp-native, designed
for how beauty businesses here actually run. We are early, growing, and looking
for the person who opens the market with us.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, demo, negotiate, close, and onboard
- Open doors to multi-branch salons, premium chains, and beauty clinics through your existing relationships, and turn those relationships into new ones
- Go into the field with our junior salespeople and show them the ropes. This is a player-coach role: you sell, and you teach by example
- Give the founders direct, honest market feedback that shapes pricing, product, and positioning
- Keep CRM and pipeline discipline so we always know what's real
- Hit revenue and merchant acquisition targets
Who you are:
- 5+ years of B2B sales in the Indonesian beauty industry: a senior rep or sales manager at a professional beauty brand or distributor, or an operator who sold into or ran salons. Adjacent industries (general FMCG, retail) only qualify if your salon network came with them
- Your network is your proof. In our conversation, we'll ask you to name the multi-branch owners you could get in front of within two weeks, and we'll mean it
- You've closed deals that required changing how an owner runs her business, not just getting a product on a shelf
- You understand what software does for a salon's economics and can explain it in an owner's language
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia, working English
- Self-motivated and comfortable with early-stage startup ambiguity. As Kasera grows, you build and lead the sales team, with a path to Head of Sales based on performance
Compensation:
- 3 month probationary period, followed by:
- Uncapped commission. A strong performer should expect 50-70M IDR/month all-in within the first year
- 0.4% equity in Kasera Technologies, Inc. (our US parent company), vesting over 4 years with a 1 year cliff. Almost nobody at this level in Indonesia offers ownership; we do, and we'll walk you through exactly what it means
